America’s War on Islam Will Continue Until the Last Agent Ruler of Muslims

Pakistani Minister of State for Law and Justice, Barrister Aqeel Malik, stated on 9 March that the government will update its list of banned organizations, with assistance from American agencies, such as the US State Department, adding that individuals associated with these groups will face U.S. travel bans. On 8 March, the Punjab Home Department issued a list of 84 banned organizations and urged citizens not to donate to these unregistered and prohibited entities. A statement from the Punjab government clarified that “Providing any kind of assistance to banned organisations is a crime under the Anti-Terro­rism Act, 1997,” emphasizing that the law will punish those who aid banned groups involved in terrorism, and anti-state activities.

The Pakistani government, including the Minister of Justice, showed no hesitation in publicly announcing its collaboration with the leader of the Western Crusader alliance and its security agencies. Such collaboration with the enemies is a major crime under Pakistani law, tantamount to high treason punishable by death as stated in the man-made law of Pakistan. However, this astonishment fades when recalling the well-known reality about these Western-agents regimes: they are mere facilitating proxies for America, tasked with executing orders from their American masters. These governments lack sovereignty and independent decision-making.

Thus, the declaration of the Minister for Justice should instead have stated that America updated its list of banned organizations using its agents within the Pakistani government. It is also evident that this list exclusively targets Islamic parties and movements, serving only the interests of America—the leader of the ongoing Crusader campaign against Islam, launched globally after the orchestration of the events of September 11, 2001. This Crusader war has persisted unabated, most recently manifesting in the genocidal campaign against the Blessed Land of Palestine, by facilitating the Jewish state, aiming to displace Gaza and West Bank residents to the ends of the earth.

The Crusader America knows very well that Islam is the civilizational alternative to its false, oppressive order, and that the great and just Islam poses the sole genuine threat to secular Western civilization. Hence, America relentlessly pursues anyone advocating Islam as a way of life and civilizational model, targeting Islamic movements regardless of whether they promote practical political projects, or mere slogans. America and the West have descended into an obsessive fear of Islam, political, jihadist, relief-oriented, or otherwise. Under orders from the American agent Pervez Musharraf, the Government of Pakistan banned Hizb ut Tahrir, the political party that advocates Islam as an ideology and system of life without adopting material violence. Despite knowing this truth, America compelled Musharraf to ban the Hizb, and subsequent agent regimes have upheld this ban, all being agents of Musharraf’s same master.

Recently, Britain—former leader of the Crusader alliance—also banned the Hizb, fully aware, as everyone knows, that Hizb ut Tahrir promotes a broad civilizational project to secure the liberation (tahrir) of humanity from greedy capitalism, leading humanity to the justice of Islam and the light of the Islamic Aqeedah. The Hizb boldly advocates for ending the oppressing of the people of Palestine, the Blessed Land, working against the West’s protégé, the Jewish entity.

America and its Crusader alliance could never escalate their campaign to subjugate the Islamic Ummah without the complicity of regimes in the Islamic world, including Pakistan’s. These agent rulers are used to persecute all expressions of Islam. Without them, America could not have waged its global war on Muslims post-9/11. Thus, the Islamic Ummah must eradicate the cancerous tumors plaguing its body, these man-made regimes. The rise of resistance movements fighting the tyrannical rulers and their masters, and resorting to armed struggle, stems directly from these governments’ failure to address the root cause: the American colonialist presence in the region and its domination over political decisions. This failure is reflected in the “Institute for Economics and Peace” report ranking Pakistan second in the West’s “Global Terrorism Index 2025,” with deaths during clashes between the government and resistance movements rising 45% last year to 1,081.

Exposing the greatest traitors, the regime and successive governments openly colluding with the enemy, obligates the Ummah to strive earnestly to uproot this system and its agents, replacing it with the just ruling by Islam.

This duty is paramount today, in this Blessed Month of Ramadan and on the anniversary of the fall of the Muslim Khilafah. It is the foremost Shariah obligation, termed by ulema as the “crown of obligations,” especially incumbent upon those with strength and capability, the sincere within the Pakistani military. They alone can overthrow this regime and its puppet rulers, granting Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir, the Hizb with the political vision and civilizational alternative to revive the Ummah and restore its glory through establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood. This state will address the dogs of Rome as they deserve, and will not collude with them, unlike the lowly Ruwaibah rulers of Muslims currently.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]

“O you who believe! Respond to Allah and His Messenger when they call you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah comes between a man and his heart, and that to Him you will be gathered.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfaal 8:24]
