Hizb ut Tahrir Rejects the Claim of Arresting Two of Its Men in Lahore
Raheel-Nawaz Regime Falsely Links Hizb ut Tahrir with Militancy

Today on 27^th November 2014, some newspapers in Lahore published a report that, "Hizb ut Tahrir has been found doing wall chalking for ISIS" and claimed two have been arrested in this connection. Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan strongly rejects this false report. Neither have the two persons arrested have any link with Hizb ut Tahrir, nor is Hizb ut Tahrir running any campaign in favor of ISIS. In this respect, Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan draws attention towards to the following points:

1. Hizb ut Tahrir is an Islamic political party which follows the methodology of RasulAllah (saw) which is intellectual and political struggle, for the establishment of Rightly Guided Khilafah "Caliphate". Hizb ut Tahrir considers it Haraam to employ armed struggle in order to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate", according to Islamic Shariah.
2. At the moment, two of our members are in the regime's dungeons Mr. Naveed Butt, the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan and Dr. Ismael Sheikh. Naveed Butt was abducted by government thugs on 11 May 2012 in Lahore and Dr. Ismael Sheikh was abducted on 18 April 2014 in Karachi. So far the Raheel-Nawaz regime has neither found the courage to admit their illegal holding, nor has it presented them in courts, even though these men accept that they are the members of Hizb  and the people know of their intellectual and political struggle well.
3. The allegation that Hizb ut Tahrir is running a campaign in favour of ISIS is ridiculous. Does any party in Pakistan undertake wall chalking, display posters or distribute leaflets for the benefit of another political party? Is it not strange when one considers that whenever the Hizb's Shebaab distribute leaflets, paste stickers or display placards then it is not covered sensationally in the media? However, when Hizb is falsely accused of doing wall chalking for ISIS then it becomes news of major importance.
4. This accusation is also ridiculous as ISIS martyred a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, Mustafah Khiyal in Aleppo, Syria, this November after six months of captivity.

Alhamdulillah, the state of mind of the traitors in the political and military leadership is evidently deteriorating as the call of Hizb ut Tahrir is growing ever stronger in Pakistan, hence they are reduced to ridiculous and absurd accusations against Hizb ut Tahrir.

So, the Raheel-Nawaz regime has totally failed to answer Hizb's intellectual and political arguments and so they have resorted to such lowly allegations in a pathetic attempt to create skepticism amongst the masses and the armed forces. Hizb ut Tahrir wants to make it clear to the Raheel-Nawaz regime that with the permission of Allah their days are numbered and soon Khilafah "Caliphate" will be established. Therefore your attempts can neither stop Hizb ut Tahrir in its struggle, nor can you create distance between the Hizb and the people and their armed forces.

Hizb ut Tahrir reminds the media outlets concerned that they know the Hizb's struggle well and so should reject this sort of absurd allegation themselves for the sake of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). The very least any credible media person should do is to ask the Shebaab of Hizb who meet them regularly for confirmation before printing the regime's nonsense. Hizb hopes that in the same way some newspapers published this ridiculous and absurd allegation, they will publish our rebuttal and uphold the Truth.
