Attack on University in Charsadda
America wants Turmoil to Prevail, so as to Suppress the Voice of Islam

On Wednesday, 20^th January 2016, a brutal attack occurred on University in Charsadda, city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, in which over twenty people were killed. Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan condemns this brutal attack and its perpetrators because killing of innocent Muslims invites the wrath of Allah (swt) directly, as He (swt) said,

[وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُّتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَآؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِداً فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَاباً عَظِيماً]

“And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him” [Al-Nisa: 93]. Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan calls the Muslims to pray for the dead that Allah (swt) forgives their sins, raises them to the highest level of Jannah and gives strength to their relative to bear this colossal grief. Aameen.

Since the American invasion of Afghanistan, Muslims of Pakistan have regularly been facing tragedies like this. So far thousands of people have been killed. These attacks started to take place very frequently when the traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan saw that the people of Pakistan and their armed forces consider Jihad against American occupation in Afghanistan legitimate. So the Muslims supported Jihad against the American crusaders, as they supported Jihad against Soviet Union occupation of Afghanistan. The traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan failed to present political and intellectual arguments as to why Jihad against the American forces in Afghanistan is wrong. Therefore in order to prove that this war is not American, rather its Pakistan’s war, they allowed American intelligence, Blackwater and the Raymond Davis network, to work freely so they can ignite the war of Fitna, throughout the country. Then, continuous bomb blasts and killings started and shadowy criminal gangs, claimed the responsibility for these attacks, using the name of Islam and Jihad. The traitors in the political and military leadership then used their claim to force the people to accept this war as their war. Obama, the US President, himself indicated to this strategy in December 2009, in these words; “In the past, there have been those in Pakistan who have argued that the struggle against extremism is not their fight…But in recent years, as innocents have been killed from Karachi to Islamabad…Public opinion has turned.”

Now once again the same Obama said on 12^th January 2016, in his State of Union speech that Pakistan would be among the countries that would continue to face instability and turmoil for decades and then, the tragedy of Charsadda struck. The Raheel-Nawaz regime previously used the Peshawar Army Public School massacre on 16^th December 2014, as an excuse to make black laws like the Protection of Pakistan Act (PoPA) and military courts. It arrested thousands of political callers of Islam and declared the callers of Islam as “extremist,” and those who wage Jihad against America and India in Afghanistan and Kashmir respectively as “terrorist”. And the brutal attack in Charsadda will also be used to further suppress the voices of Islam, Jihad and Khilafah "Caliphate".

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan wants to make it clear to the Muslims in general, and Pakistan’s armed forces in particular, that the objective of America is to eliminate Islam from the world as a way of life. The Raheel-Nawaz regime assisting her Master, America, completely to achieve this evil objective in Pakistan. However, the regime can’t do this by openly saying that now calling for Islam, Jihad and Khilafah "Caliphate" is forbidden in Pakistan, rather they are working under the cover of fighting against “terrorism” and “extremism”. Therefore Pakistan cannot come out of this situation unless and until the traitors in the political and military leadership are uprooted and Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood is re-established because leader of Kuffar, America will never be satisfied with us until we abandon our Deem, Islam.

[وَلَنْ تَرْضَىٰ عَنكَ ٱلْيَهُودُ وَلاَ ٱلنَّصَارَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ]

“Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their religion” [Al-Baqara: 120]
