The Palestinian Authority and its Apparatuses Trample on Judges’ Decisions and Fabricates Charges to Cover Up Its Crimes
(Translated)

The Palestinian Authority (PA) continues to slip into the swamp of its bad deeds. Whenever it moves, it sinks until the mud covers its ears and even its head. Among its bad deeds is that it oppresses the people of Palestine and those who proclaim the truth and forbid it from committing its evils that have filled the horizon. Then it follows the evil with an even greater evil when it tramples on its laws in order to suppress the voice of truth and gag the mouths of the honest. It is the one that fought the people of Jenin camp and the people of Palestine under the pretext of being ‘outlaws’. So, what it falsely and unjustly accuses the people of has become its characteristic and that of its apparatuses. It is the one that violates its law and tramples it with its shoes.

It arrested Atiya Wael from Tulkarm and unjustly and arbitrarily sentenced him to prison. The court then decided to release him after changing the prison sentence into a fine. The fine was paid on 16/1/2025, but the intelligence director, Amjad Darawsheh, trampled over the judge’s and court’s decision, and Atiya is still being held by the intelligence service until now.

The PA security forces arrested Shaher Assaf from Salfit on 16/1/2025. When his lawyer followed up on his case, the intelligence services claimed that he was arrested on 18/1/2025, in a deliberate, blatant lie proven by the medical services report. Then they threw a false accusation at him that they knew was false and was fabricated by the hands of the sinful intelligence. The judge decided to detain him for fifteen days and refused to release him, even though the lawyer informed him that the date of arrest had been falsified. However, the judge accepted to be subject to the dictates of the security services and their plots against the Dawah carriers and those who speak the truth.

This is in addition to the arrest of a number of other Hizb ut Tahrir members and others from Palestine, who have committed no crime other than denouncing the Palestinian Authority’s crimes against the blessed land and its people.

So, who are the outlaws, O Ruwaybidha (ignorant) leaders?! Are they the members of Hizb ut Tahrir who forbid you from your evil deeds? Or you, the ones who pursue the mujahideen, kill women, elderly and children to please the Jews and throw the sincere and truthful members of Hizb ut Tahrir and others into prisons, and fabricate charges against them?

Who are the outlaws, O members of the PA's apparatuses? Are they those who tell you to stop shedding the blood of your brothers and not to obey the orders of the PA that only moves by the orders of the Jews and the Kuffar? Or are you, when you fabricate charges, falsify arrest dates, and refuse to implement court decisions, in order to extend the detention period of the Dawah carriers and fulfill your whims in rampaging and oppressing people?

Who are the outlaws, O Public Prosecution? Those who said, "Our Lord is Allah," and then remained steadfast, or those who collude with the security services in fabricating charges against people and detaining them unjustly and requesting an extension of their detention, even though they know that the charges are false and without any right? Is your mission to defend the public right, or is your mission to defend the injustice of the Palestinian Authority and its oppressive apparatuses?

Who are the outlaws, O judges? Those who have followed the law of the Lord of Heaven? ﴿وَلْتَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ﴾“Let there be a group among you who call ˹others˺ to goodness, encourage what is good, and forbid what is evil—it is they who will be successful” [Aali-Imran: 104]

Or those who submitted to the security services and refused to release the unjustly detained people of Palestine?

The first downfall of countries is injustice and then trampling on their laws. So, what if it was only an Authority - not a country - that does not respect Allah's command and does not hesitate to oppress people and tramples on its laws with its feet! What about an Authority that its Jewish masters and the people of the country are not pleased with, nor with its apparatuses, and it has neither protected itself from its enemy - if it considers it an enemy - nor has it provided any good to the people of the country? That is a doomed authority if they were to reason!

And the followers are taken before the leaders in many cases of retribution, it does not benefit them that they are followers, neither in this world nor in the Hereafter. So, do the followers of the Palestinian Authority consider where they are going?

[إِذْ تَبَرَّأَ الَّذِينَ اتُّبِعُوا مِنَ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوا وَرَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ وَتَقَطَّعَتْ بِهِمُ الْأَسْبَابُ * وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوا لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّءُوا مِنَّا كَذَلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ اللهُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ حَسَرَاتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَا هُمْ بِخَارِجِينَ مِنَ النَّارِ]

“˹Consider the Day˺ when those who misled others will disown their followers—when they face the torment—and the bonds that united them will be cut off * The ˹misled˺ followers will cry, “If only we could have a second chance, we would disown them as they disowned us.” And so Allah will make them remorseful of their misdeeds. And they will never ˹be able to˺ leave the Fire” [Al-Baqara: 166-167]

As for the members of Hizb ut Tahrir, they will remain beacons of guidance, proclaiming the words of truth that you hate. Your harm will not harm them, just as the harm of your masters will not harm the people of Palestine, until Allah judges between us, and He is the Best of Judges.
