Mourning of a Hizb ut Tahrir Member
[مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا]
“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow (to the death), and among them is he who awaits (his chance). And they did not alter (the terms of their commitment) by any alteration” [Al-Ahzab: 23]

The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land - Palestine announces to the members of Hizb ut Tahrir in particular and to the Muslims in general the death of one its members, Ridhwan Mahdi Al-Ash-Hab (Abu Muhammad) (may Allah (swt) have mercy on him) from the city of Hebron (Khalil-ul-Rahman), who passed away following a tragic accident on Thursday, 15 Dhul Hijjah 1435 AH, corresponding to 9/10/2014; at the age of 38. He spent his life in carrying the Dawah for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

Our deceased brother (may Allah have mercy on him) was known for his piety and he was sincere to Allah in his Islam and true to the Messenger of Allah in his call. He was a protector to it as was a protector to Allah and we consider him of the righteous, yet we do not commend anyone to Allah (swt).

Indeed, the eyes shed tears and the heart grieves, and we will not say except what pleases our Lord, we mourn and are saddened by your departure O Abu Muhammad. You are from the predecessors and we are the followers. We ask Allah (swt) the Most Merciful and Beneficent to unite us in the Jannat Al-Firdous with our Prophet (saw) and the noble companions may Allah be pleased with them, and we ask Allah Most Kind and Generous to grant us an abode together in:

[فِي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِنْدَ مَلِيكٍ مُقْتَدِرٍ]

"In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability" [Al-Qamar: 55]

We ask Allah to inspire his parents, family and members of Hizb ut Tahrir with patience and solace and to be as in the verse:

[الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ أُولَئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَ]

"Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return." Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided" [Al Baqara: 156-157]

His pure body was buried on Monday evening, 13/10/2014 CE.

Condolences will be accepted on Tuesday and Wednesday in his uncle's house in Shu'abah / Al-Khalil, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
