Tyrannical Regime Imprisoned Five Shababs of Hizb ut Tahrir on False Accusations of Preparation for Seizing Power by Force in Russia

On 21 November 2013, in Chelyabinsk the tyrannical regime imprisoned five sons from the Islamic Ummah, who would not accept a depressive condition of its mother and actively worked for its mother i.e. Islamic Ummah could rise from its knees and get rid of the shackles of Kufr and ignorance. The members of Hizb ut Tahrir: Marat Bazarbaev born in 1976, Rushat Valiev born in 1982, Rinat Galiullin born in 1978, Rinat Idelbaev born in 1980 and Vadim Nasirov born in 1981 were falsely accused of preparation for seizing power by force in Russia and support of terrorist activity. Chelyabinsk Regional Court sentenced them to 6 years of imprisonment in a penal colony, a fine of 150,000 rubles for each of them and to 1 year of restrictions of freedom after the end of the prison term.

The investigation has not provided any evidence to prove the charges against Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir. It has resorted to verbal manipulation and deception, calling in the help of its courtiers servants from among the philosophers and "Islamic" priests who shamelessly pointed out that in the Islamic books of Hizb ut Tahrir there were some hidden ideas that directly and indirectly encouraged the reader to change the foundations of the constitutional system by force and destroy the unity of the Russia Federation. Allah (swt) says about such people in the Quran:

(هَلۡ أُنَبِّئُكُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَن تَنَزَّلُ ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينُ * تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ۬)

"Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend? * They descend on every lying, sinful person" [TMQ 26:221-2]

Such false accusations were put against some Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Moscow and Ufa. Now they are like Hubayb ibn Adi, who used to go to his demonstrative execution from the hands of Quraish and they are quietly waiting for demonstrative trials under them. Allah (swt) does explain to His slaves:

(لَّن يُصِيبَنَآ إِلَّا مَا ڪَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوۡلَٮٰنَا‌* وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَڪَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ)

"Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for. He is our Lord. And in Allah let the believers put their trust" [TMQ 9:51]

This next even more cruel and lowly act of intimidation directed not only to Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir but also to all Russian Muslims. It is caused by the fact that the tyranny and its supporters like anyone else are aware of their falsity, anti-humanity and their imminent end. The closer the end of an era of darkness and evil, the fiercer its supporters are trying to save it. But it will not be able to delay for a moment the return of the light and goodness of Islam to the world. This only will harden the vanguard of Islamic Ummah and form the backbone of the liberators of human souls from Kufr and ignorance. The divine message to all people of the earth, without delay, by the will of Allah (swt), will return to the world on the shoulders of such simple men from Hizb ut Tahrir, having neither the power positions, nor wealth, nor arms, and having at their disposal only the Word of the Lord of the Worlds, the belief in its truth, patience and piety.

(ٱلَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ قَدۡ جَمَعُواْ لَكُمۡ فَٱخۡشَوۡهُمۡ فَزَادَهُمۡ إِيمَـٰنً۬ا وَقَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡوَڪِيلُ)

"Those unto whom the people said: "Verily, the people have gathered against you, therefore, fear them." But it increased them in Faith and they said: "Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs." [TMQ 3:173]
