They do not know how to Extinguish the Light of Islam in Russia Again and Again They Take Refuge in Lying

On Thursday, 3 April 2014, the Stavropol regional court sentenced member of Hizb ut Tahrir Abdurahim Toshmatov (born in 1988) to 17 years of imprisonment in a strict-regime colony. The court agreed with the lies of the Special Services and this is how he was found guilty in preparing of a terrorist act in Stavropol in May 2013.

Abdurahim Toshmatov was sentenced to 17 years of imprisonment simply for the sincere call to Islam together with Hizb ut Tahrir. Previously, he was sentenced to one year of imprisonment on a fabricated charge in extremism. The Special Services officers visited Abdurahim in the colony where he was serving time and threatened to start a new criminal case against him if he did not quit Hizb ut Tahrir. After the release from prison, Abdurahim was constantly watched and within a short time, they planted on a weapon into his house and again arrested him. Later the charge in possession of weapons grew into a preparation of a terrorist act. Thus the Special Services carried out their threats and imprisoned a sincere dawah carrier once again.

It is absurd to blame a member of the international political party Hizb ut Tahrir for preparation of a terrorist act, but the special services have no logic and do not have other methods to combat the call to Islam. The whole world understands that Hizb ut Tahrir is a political party, whose weapon is the word, but the Russian Special Services continue to fabricate criminal cases based on antiterrorist articles of CC RF. This dirty lie towards Hizb ut Tahrir is obvious to the whole Islamic Ummah and against the wishes of the Special Services makes the party more powerful among the Muslims, because they have eyes, with Muslims increasing in pure thought and innate sense inviting them to seek justice. By such criminal cases towards the Muslims, the Russian authorities recognize once again their ideological inconsistency. They do not know how to stop the light of Islam and again and again take refuge in lying.

Addressing those who are trying to resist the spread of Islam, we express the following:

We do not need any weapons to carry the truth because we are following the method of the Prophet of Allah (saw) and his Companions who carried out Islam only with the words: "There is no God but Allah". Not to mention the fact that the triumph of the truth is the promise of Allah (swt) and we are only being tested whether we call to Islam like the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and his Companions! You could not come up with anything new in your struggle against Islam: murders, arrests, economic blockade, - will not bring you success, as never bring to your predecessors the Quraysh and you too will be humiliated. Allah (swt) say:

(سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ)

"Humiliation and disgrace from Allah and a severe torment will overtake the sinners for that which they used to plot." [TMQ 6 :124]

As for those whom you imprisoned for their faithfulness to the covenant with Allah (swt), so they are the heroes of today's time and the history of the Islamic Ummah will remember them exactly as they are. And let Allah (swt) give them patience and multiply their reward. But you will also have a fair reward for what you have done. Allah (swt) say:

(وَمَنْ أَوْفَىٰ بِمَا عَاهَدَ عَلَيْهُ اللَّـهَ فَسَيُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرً‌ا عَظِيمًا)

"And he who fulfills that which he has promised Allah - He will give him a great reward." [TMQ 48 :10]

Those who oppress the Muslims carrying out the will of his superiors are like the slaves of the Quraysh nobility, who tortured and murdered the Muslims just when they were ordered. However, the Almighty Allah (swt) took revenge on all sinners and promised to help the believers. Allah (swt) say:

(فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ)

"We took vengeance on those who committed crimes and as for the believers it was incumbent upon Us to help them." [TMQ 30 :47]
