Press Release
The Kremlin is still Taking Revenge of Muslims in Hizb ut Tahrir for Defending the Holy Quran!
(Translated)
On 13/11/2014 CE, the official page of the Russian Public Investigation posted a media bulletin stating that the court near Moscow announced that Hizb ut Tahrir printed and distributed terrorist publications on 25/9/2013 CE on Kistikovi Street in the city of Odintsovo, that the police regulated the distribution process of 233 printed copies belonging to the Islamic Hizb ut Tahrir's publications which are banned in Russia. And investigations have started into this incident, and the Public Investigation did not disclose the content of the publications but settled by saying: "They plant hatred and animosity among the citizens based on religion, and they didn't fail to mention that the Hizb is banned and a terrorist in Russia."
We emphasize that these publications were a part of a campaign throughout major cities in Russia, which aim to protect the Muslims and the Islamic values from the meddling of the meddlers, which was launched on 27/9/2013 CE. We mention that the publications' contents is far from terrorism, containing the following:
• In Russia, the October Court in the city of Novarsisk on 17/9/2013 CE ruled in banning Qulyeef's translation of the Holy Quran.
• In Russia, the Houses of Allah (swt) are destroyed and demolished such as the Masjid of Ikhlas in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan.
• In Russia, the Muslims are being killed, such as the murder of Brother Abdul Allah Kabaraf, member of Hizb ut Tahrir in the city of Kizlyar in Daghestan on 16/9/2013 CE.
Subsequently, the Haqq (truth) is that the one to be described as a terrorist should be the Russian regime, which by its banning, destruction, and killings making one hate and resent it on the right. The Hizb ut Tahrir campaign came as a response to these criminal, terrorist, and illegal practices committed against Islam and Muslims, which leaves a deep impact in the hearts of Muslims.
We remind that the peaceful campaign of last September has become the reason for a frantic campaign carried out by the Russian regime, and a channel for inflicting false accusations against the Hizb and its members in each of the cities of Moscow, Kazan, Naberjankh Kilnakh, Almitiviski, Nigni Fartuviski, and Kilabinisk. In this way, the Russian regime took revenge of the Muslims because they have stood for the protection of their Deen (religion), and yet the Muslims have succeeded in removing the ban from the famous translation of the Quran. When the Kremlin Russian Parliament failed in its plans, it poured its anger on the Muslims who spoke the word of Haqq in the face of the tyrant ruler.
We remind that the only law that banned Hizb ut Tahrir in Russia is the oppressive Kremlin law on 14/2/2003 CE which banned it without any evidence, and placed the Hizb on the list of terrorist organizations. The main evidence for the illegality of this ban is that the Hizb never conducted any terrorist activity and that the Hizb works in most countries of the world; in Ukraine, Australia, America, Britain, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, Austria, Norway, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, Kuwait, Lebanon, Palestine, Turkey, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Pakistan, Libya, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Egypt, and other countries which don't consider Hizb ut Tahrir to be a terrorist... How many times have the Russian Intelligence announced that Hizb ut Tahrir is banned around the world. It is easy to prove that this a lie and deception and by visiting the official website of Hizb ut Tahrir / Russia, and that's where you can see the large number of video recordings from all countries of the world such as conferences, seminars, marches, lectures, speeches, and lessons officially held in public places and it are not considered a crime, else it would not be permitted.
