O Fasting Muslims, Let Us All Say Enough
Then Let Us Follow the Speech with Action to Confront these Mismatched Experiments
(Translated)

The Khartoum criminal court passed upon the thief of ‘Al-Waahah Mall’ who stole 5kg of gold to a sentence of seven years’ imprisonment and 100 lashes (The ‘Yaum At-Taali’ Newspaper 06/06/2016).

The Hukm Ash-Shar’i is to cut the hand of the thief in a theft of a quarter of a Dinar or greater. Ai’shah (ra) related from the Messenger of Allah (saw) that he said:

«لا تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ إِلَّا فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا» “Do not cut the hand of the thief except in a quarter of a Dinar or greater” (Saheeh Muslim) and

«تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ»

“The hand of the thief is cut in a quarter of a Dinar” (Saheeh Al-Bukhaari). In the case where the Dinar of gold equals 4.25 grams then a quarter of a Dinar would be approximately 1.1 grams of gold, so what about the one who steals 5000 grams of gold?!

The criminal law of 1991 CE includes in some of its articles the Shar’iah Hudood like in Article 171, the Hadd punishment for theft, which is the cutting of the right hand from joint of the hand (wrist). However, when the government decided to exchange the pleasure of Allah with the pleasure of the Western Kafir, it sought to suspend these Shar’iah Hudood (prescribed punishments) within the courts to pave the way for their abolition, through adjusting the criminal law in addition to other laws which have an Islamic colouring. This explains the talk of the minister of justice last week in respect to the Hadd of stoning being contrary to the Islamic Shari’ah?!!

Realities such as this prove that this government and through productions such as the ‘National Dialogue’ (The American Lehman Project) is directing the land towards the blatant secular viewpoint in respect to abolishing the Shar’iah Hudood and all manifestations of Islam, which is being undertaken under the banner of ‘amending the laws’!!

O Muslims: We, in this month of acts of obedience, the favoured month of Ramadan, invite you all within this land, to work to change this system and to establish the system of Islam; the Islamic Sharee’ah, which will be applied by the rightly guided global Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate). That is so that we can ward off the sin of the death of Jaahiliyah and non-Islamic life. The Prophet (saw) said:

«وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً»

“And whosoever dies whilst he has no Bai’ah upon his neck die the death of Jaahiliyah”. And so the state that the Prophet (saw) established in Al-Madinah, and which applied the rulings of Islam, was not a nationalistic state, but rather a global state. Let us all say: Enough of these bitter and mismatched experiments; like applying some Islamic rulings through a nationalistic state. It has been proven through the passing of time that these Ahkam (rulings) get eaten up and the nationalistic state returns to its true reality, a secular state seeking the pleasure of the Western Kafir, whilst making the people taste the worst sufferings and miseries of life!!

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ)

“O You who have believed respond to Allah and to the Messenger when they call you to that which gives you life” [Al-Anfaal: 24].
