The Minister of Guidance and Endowments Uses the Statements of American Experts for Evidence and Proof
Thus the Background behind his Decisions is Revealed!

On 30/08/2016, the News Today Newspaper issued published the statement of the Minister of Guidance and Endowments in a meeting organised by the Committee of Social Affairs in the National Council on Monday in the Green Hall in which he said: “The American experts have confirmed that psychological causes lie behind extremism”!

The Minister of Guidance who during these days has filled satellite channels and newspapers claiming that his decision for forbidding the (public) Da’wah address or speech was due to motivations of the Deen after having sought counsel from the ‘Ulemaa. Here the very same minister is elaborating upon the kind of experts that he has been taking their opinions and judgements from, and they are the American experts. We are not surprised by the statement of the minister because we have been consistently pointing to the grounding that his decision to forbid speech about the Deen has been based upon and this forbiddance does not only target the public places alone but rather the minister surprised some when he stated that the ban even includes the houses of Allah! It reaffirms that the matter represents part of a major programme that the state is implementing following the document that “the Minister of Guidance signed on Monday (15th Ramadan 1437 AH – 20/06/2016) with the coordinator (Marta Rueda) as a memorandum of understanding with the UN Development Programme (UNDP) for cooperation and coordination with the Sudanese Ministry of Guidance and Endowments about efforts for combatting extremism and terrorism, to identify the roots of the problem and undertake necessary interventions in coordination with connected government bodies” (Sudan Tribune).

Preventing and forbidding the people from saying the truth is a blatant American decision and it exposes the war that it is leading against Islam which they call the war of ideas. Allah Ta’Aalaa has indicated to this war that targets its houses and forbids the Muslims from making mention of the rulings of their Lord. Allah Ta’Aalaa said:

(وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن مَّنَعَ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّـهِ أَن يُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ وَسَعَىٰ فِي خَرَابِهَا أُولَـٰئِكَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمْ أَن يَدْخُلُوهَا إِلَّا خَائِفِينَ لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ )

“And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and they will have in the Hereafter a great punishment.” [Al-Baqarah: 114]

It represents the intellectual war, which America’s blatant and exposed strategy reveals which is being supervised by US envoys and delegations who roam freely in Sudan, monitoring on a daily basis the implementation of their recommendations and instructions. As such, the minister’s statement is not strange or surprising however it only came out in an open manner after he was called to the Parliament on Monday, that the background that the minister had relied upon (for his decisions) was not Aayaat, Ahadeeth, divine commands nor was it in order to guard the interests of the people. Rather, it was reliant and based upon the statements of the experts, the programmes and plans that the US and its tools have set and provided to the Muslim rulers. So it was Obama who gave his instructions to the governments in the Muslim lands in his famous conference which was under the banner of combatting “extremism and terrorism”, which without doubt really means Islam and its rulings related to ruling and politics. Furthermore on 18-19/02/2015 Obama said, “And Muslim communities, including scholars and clerics, therefore have a responsibility to push back, not just on twisted interpretations of Islam, but also on the lie that we are somehow engaged in a clash of civilizations; that America and the West are somehow at war with Islam or seek to suppress Muslims; or that we are the cause of every ill in the Middle East” adding, “And governments have a role to play. At minimum, as a basic first step, countries have a responsibility to cut off funding that fuels hatred and corrupts young minds.... And I’m grateful that my envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Rashad Hussain, has agreed to serve in this new role. So the United States will do more to help counter hateful ideologies, and today I urge your nations to join us in this urgent work.”

The decisions and decrees which aim to silence the voices which proclaim the truth in the Muslim lands, in the name of changing the religious address, the educational curriculums, and which describe those who carry Islam calling for it to be ruled by in politics and ruling with “extremism and terrorism”. These decisions represent an exposed attempt to demonise Islam and its carriers to strike at it and distort it, and to then marginalise it from the reality of the people so that the western colonial capitalism, which has been exposed and its flaws made clear, can continue (unchallenged). The style of demonising and criminalising the carriers of Islam and its proponents, is the only style that the Kafir West can use to in its attempt to confront Islam and its rulings. It is a style of making schemes and dirty plots in addition to encouraging some of the sons of the Muslims to take part in the filthy intellectual war against Islam and its adherents.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan warn the government and its minister of the anger of Allah and His punishment, and that the consequences of their affair will be one of a great loss if they continue to proceed upon this wretched scheme.
