Is the Arrest of Hizb ut Tahrir’s Members One of the Sacrifices for Closeness with America??

(Translated)

Following the distribution of the leaflet by Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Sudan entitled: “The Truth Behind Lifting of US Sanctions from Sudan”, the security authorities arrested on Sunday, 15/1/2017 CE, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, Brother Abdul Baqi Abdullah Brema, who distributed leaflet in the Khalid Ibn Al Waleed compound’s mosque in Umm Badda As-Sabeel in Omdurman city, after Isha prayer.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Sudan, warn the regime of these repeated arrests of the party's members, and we remind the regime that it promised the people of Sudan when it took power to establish Shariah law and to implement Allah’s Laws, and the Muslims supported it for that. They irrigated the south (of Sudan) with their blood pure, their voices roared: “tyrant Americans, we trained to get you!”

Isn’t it shameful to arrest our members, when they are the ones guiding the Ummah, and advising the government that the path of victory is not by following the United States, nor it is by bowing down to it. However it is in pleasing the Lord of America, the Lord of all the people, Allah the One Al Wahid Al Ahad, the one that cannot be defeated by the American power, or its armies, or by its security apparatus, nor by its allies.

O you, the “Salvation” regime! For whose benefit are you gagging the mouths of those proclaiming the truth? And who are you working against in the secret negotiations you are conducting with the American (the enemy) apparatus. These negotiations that Sudan's foreign minister said at the press conference on Saturday that they reached 23 meetings. Are these ill-fated relationship with America, O you the “Salvation regime”, resulted after sacrifices you made, by waging a war against the Dawah carriers in the so-called war on (terrorism), after you proclaimed the establishment of the Dawah State, and the Shariah that is not (distorted)? So who altered and changed matters, did America change and abandoned its hostility to Islam and the war on its people, or are you, the sons of Islam in the “Salvation” regime are the ones who altered and changed matters? Was one of your sacrifices for your secret negotiations, to arrest those who expose and reveal the facts to people and enlighten them of the false American promise?

We also remind the sincere sons of this Ummah in the security services, the sons of the Islamic movement, how can you arrest the one who exposes to you the enemy of Allah and your enemy? Isn’t it strange that you arrest the ones who show you the facts, and extend to you their sincere hand so that you don’t fall into the traps of the devil of this age, America?

Furthermore, we thank Allah that the rows are being cleansed, and the fig leaf that once covered the nakedness of the regime has fallen, and what you called “tyrant Americans”, “Western targeting”, has become a broken record, and your hostility has emerged and became closeness and cooperation. And we thank Allah (swt) that we were on the camp against befriending America, the Kaffir enemy, spiteful and killer of Muslims, O “Salvation” regime! Do not stand on the side of falsehood, Allah (swt) says:

﴿مَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيَذَرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَى مَا أَنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَمِيزَ الْخَبِيثَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبِ﴾

“Allah would not leave the believers in that [state] you are in [presently] until He separates the evil from the good” [Al-i-Imran: 179]

The government should fear Allah, and stop targeting members of Hizb ut Tahrir and release the honourable brother sooner rather than later; we warn them of Allah's wrath and indignation.

We are certain that  victory will not come, only after the patience, and there will be no ease except after hardship, and the march to establish the rule of Allah is full of difficulties, and Allah chooses martyrs from it, then Allah gives victory for whoever He wants, we have given pledge to Allah that we will not change and will not alter, until the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Method of Prophethood is established. Allah’s rule and the glad-tiding of the Messenger (saw), or Allah decrees otherwise, we believe in His decree. Allah (swt) says:

﴿مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلا﴾

“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration” [Al-Ahzab: 23]
