Prophets are Infallible do not Make Mistakes in Propagation or in Ruling
(Translated)

Assayha Newspaper reported on Saturday, 28/01/2017, news entitled: “Al-Mahdi: the experience of the prophethood is accompanied by errors in ruling”, said: "There is no human experience not accompanied by errors including the prophets’ experience", and added: "Because the human experience, including the prophethood experience has errors in ruling.”...

In the face of this evil speech, we at Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan exonerate ourselves before Allah from such statements, and we emphasize the following:

First, what the Prophets and the Messengers brought, is a revelation from Allah Almighty, and not a human experience, Allah Almighty says:

(كَذَلِكَ يُوحِي إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ)

“Thus has He revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and to those before you - Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.” [Ash-Shuraa: 3].

Human experiences in ruling, or otherwise, are but whims, and whims are always accompanied with error and misguidance, the Almighty says:

(ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاكَ عَلَى شَرِيعَةٍ مِنَ الأَمْرِ فَاتَّبِعْهَا وَلا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَ الَّذِينَ لا يَعْلَمُونَ)

“Then We put you, [O Muhammad], on an ordained way concerning the matter [of religion]; so follow it and do not follow the inclinations of those who do not know.” [Al-Jathiyah: 18].

Whereas, Shariah is the provisions from the Lord of the Worlds, so how do prophets err in ruling, after it came to them from their Lord?!

Second, the Prophets and the Messengers are infallible, so if confusion emerges to the possibility of lack of infallibility in one issue of the law, then the confusion will emerge in every issue, hence at that point both the prophethood and the whole message would collapse.

Third: The Holy Quran has indicated that the Prophet Muhammad (saw) does not commit a Makruh action, instead all that he does, peace be upon him, is a Revelation from Allah Almighty; whether it is Fardh, Mandoob, or Mubaah, He says:

(إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلا مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الأَعْمَى وَالْبَصِيرُ أَفَلا تَتَفَكَّرُونَ)

“I only follow what is revealed to me." Say, "Is the blind equivalent to the seeing? Then will you not give thought?” [Al-Ana’m: 50].

And He (swt) says:

(وَإِذَا لَمْ تَأْتِهِمْ بِآيَةٍ قَالُوا لَوْلا اجْتَبَيْتَهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَتَّبِعُ مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ مِنْ رَبِّي هَذَا بَصَائِرُ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ)

“Thus has He revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and to those before you - Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.” [Al-A’raf: 203].

As he, the Prophet (saw) is also a role model for Muslims, who they take from him the provisions of all the systems of life; whether political, social, or the provisions of the acts of Worship, or transactions, and so on, the Lord Almighty says:

(وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ)

“And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.” [Al-Hashr: 7].

Indeed, following any methodology in governance, or in any aspect of life, other than what he the beloved (saw) brought is a wrong methodology, and will lead its owner to the fate of the destroyed. We are commanded to follow the Prophet (saw) in what is reported of legislation, from his actions and his words, for all of these are revelation, that we must follow until Allah loves us, and leads us to His Mercy, Allah says:

(قُلْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ)

“Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” [Al-i-Imran: 31].

Fourth: The existing regimes in Muslim countries today, which includes Sudan, are all based on whims, rather, they are based on the whims of the colonialists Kuffar. So, whoever wants to reform, let him work with the sincere workers, from the sons of this Ummah, to resume the Islamic way of life, through the establishment of the second Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) state on the method of the Prophethood, which its time has come, and its era has approached. It is alone that will save the Ummah and its leaders from misguidance and enormous errors.

(وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ)

“But Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.” [As-Saf: 8]
