 Press Release
O People of Sudan: Establish the Rule of Allah to Cut Off the Hand of America, which Seeks to Change the Provisions of your Deen!
(Translated)

America has placed Sudan on the list of countries of “particular concern” regarding religious freedoms. In an official statement, published by the Sudan Tribune website, Sunday 7/1/2018, Gharib Allah Khidir, a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry in Khartoum, said: "This announcement is inconsistent with the praise received by Sudan from many symbols and leaders of the world religious institutions, most notably the Archbishop of Canterbury as well as the Commissioner of Religious Freedom in the European Union and the U.S. Congress delegation [which visited Sudan]". The spokesman also pointed to the visit of the U.S. Ambassador for International Religious Freedom, Ian Turner, and the head of the Ethiopian Church, who visited the church of the Ethiopian community in Sudan and praised the level of security, freedom and respect for the rights of Christians in Sudan. He also stressed that in Sudan there are 844 churches, which manage 319 educational institutions, as well as 173 cultural and health centers...

The Government of Sudan knows with certainty what is meant by religious freedoms according to the American concept, which focus on two things:

First: to abolish the divine rules (Ahkam Shariyah) from the criminal laws, such as the legal punishment for adultery of lashing and stoning, the punishment for apostasy, the rules of inheritance, the Shari dress code, and other Islamic rules that are established by the texts of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah.

Second: To permit Kufr and atheism and protect them by law, as America presses the government to allow individuals to change their religion; according to the American Frank Wolf Law on Religious Freedom, which compels states to allow individuals to have religious freedoms and atheism, and not to punish them for changing their religion.

The statement of Sudan’s Foreign Ministry in this regard confirms the extent of the shame and submissiveness experienced by this regime, which seeks the satisfaction of the Kuffar and cites the satisfaction of some of them for violating some of the remaining Ahkam Shariyah to satisfy the Kafir America. America does not want a religion that regulates the life of the Ummah but wants it a blatant secularism that removes the mulberry leaf with which the rulers are covered. And we have frequently proved that, and we repeat again for clarification and explanation: The US Deputy Secretary of State during his visit on 16/11/2017 requested the Sudanese government to change a number of Hudud (the punishments) and Ahkam Shariyah (divine rules), including stoning, apostasy, inheritance, etc. The Human Rights Watch page stated, 31 May 2012, under the title: "Sudan: Ban Death by Stoning" quoting Daniel Beckell, Africa director at Human Rights Watch, as saying: "No one should be stoned to death... Sudan should immediately reform discriminatory laws and abolish both the death penalty and all corporal punishments...” Also, the US Embassy in Khartoum, on Sunday 17th December 2017, requested the Sudanese government to "amend or abolish Article 152 in the penal code on wearing "indecent" clothing". The Government had taken actual steps in that regard. Sudan’s State Minister of Justice, on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, briefed the U.S. Ambassador for International Religious Freedom, of the government’s ongoing efforts to amend some articles of the Penal Code to comply with the constitution and the international conventions, including articles on dress code and Article 8 on religious and worship rights.

Sudan’s Minister of Justice has changed the penalty for adultery from stoning to hanging, and the former Sudan’s Minister of Guidance has prevented religious talk in markets and public places. Now there are calls from several channels and forums to change several legitimate punishments. All of this reflect the government's quest to please the disbelievers at all costs. This opened the door widely to the audacity on the rules of Islam, such that a young man from Omdurman petitioned the court on 7/5/2017, to change his religion from (Muslim) to (unreligious).

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth, when He (swt) says:

(وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ)

“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion”. [Al-Baqara: 120]

O honorable people of Sudan: with every day passes the events prove to you what Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, has been repeating, a sincere adviser, adopting the issues of the Ummah, and revealing the malice of the enemies. So, why don’t you respond to the advice, to be honored in the two worlds, this Dunya and the Hereafter?

America will not be stopped at its limit except by a state that believes in Allah’s legislation as a way of life. So, change this humiliating reality and give victory to Hizb ut Tahrir and establish it Khilafah Rashida (righteous Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, that cuts off the hand of America which seeks to replace Allah’s rules.

“And say, "Do [as you will], for Allah will see your deeds, and [so, will] His Messenger and the believers. And you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you of what you used to do.".” [At-Tawba: 105].
