Security Authorities Arrest Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Nyala City
(Translated)

The security authorities in the town of Nyala, the capital of South Darfur state, arrested brothers: Sheikh Muhammad al-Samani, Adam Muhammad Ahmad and Abu Bakr Yaqub, members of Hizb ut Tahrir, and took them to the Nyala South Police station. This was after brother Adam Mohamed Ahmed read out a warm appeal issued by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, entitled "Urgent Call from Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan to the Muslims", at the transport station in the popular market, following Asr prayer on Monday 01/04/2019 CE. The three honored brothers, the carriers of the Dawah of goodness, are still in detention, until the writing of this statement.

If the people of the Authority comprehended what is in this appeal of goodness for Islam and Muslims, they would have honored those who they arrested, and they would have kissed their heads, because in the appeal is their dignity, and the dignity of Muslims. But how can a thoughtless man who accepted to be a servant of the Kafir colonizer, be aware of such words?! And how can those who accept to work to protect the void and failing system, in exchange of few pounds that neither nourish nor avail against hunger, in an economy that collapses every hour, how can they honor the advocators to the call for the resumption of the Islamic way of life, by the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood?! So, O people, release these honorable brothers, so that Allah's wrath and punishment do not strike you.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan say to the regime and its oppressive apparatuses that the real change that will restore the Ummah's glory and dignity is inevitable, no matter how much the Kuffar tried to delay the hour of victory by your standing with them in one trench against the Ummah and its aspiration to revival and the application of the law of its Lord in the State of Islam, the Khilafah.

The arrest of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir because they proclaim the Truth will not stop the tide of the Khilafah, but rather will increase the determination and resolve of their brothers behind them, to continue in the path of the beloved Muhammad (saw), not deviating from it until the promise of Allah and the glad-tiding of His noble Prophet, peace and best prayers be upon, is fulfilled.

(وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ)

“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.” {Ash-Shu’ara: 227}
