The So-Called Advocates of Freedom and Change are Reintroducing “Ghost Houses” in its Second Version inside the Sit-in Area
(Translated)

An official group (wearing badges with the word “Media” on them) belonging to the forces of freedom and change arrested Hizb ut Tahrir member Hashim Siddiq, on the way of the militias, from the sit-in in front of the General Command of the Armed Forces, on the backdrop of distributing small cut outs bearing Islamic ideas issued by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan. He was taken to a room where he was beaten in different parts of his body with whips from hoses and electricity wires. He was interrogated in the way of the infamous tyrant security forces, and then he was transferred to another room, which carried a dirty name that is shameful to mention. They told him, "If you do not respond to our questions, we will rape you,” and then they took him to a third room, they tried filming a video of his forced confession that he is ISIS (Daesh).

When he refused to falsely confess, they beat him even more, and then asked him to read the ideas in the cut outs. They said in the recording that this was a member of ISIS belonging to Abd al-Hayy Yusuf, who wants to break the row (divide them) and even had the audacity to bring two women to interrogate Brother Hashim in a rude way. They said to him that he is not Sudanese but Ethiopian). Then they asked for his father's telephone number and called him and when the father was disturbed about his son, they lied to him and ended the call. We filed a complaint of this incident in Buri police station. This ugly incident continued from Maghrib prayer until Fajr prayer, they even prevented him from performing Isha and fajr prayers (this is not even done by the previous regime). And they released him after 6:30 am, after they threatened him that if he speaks out of what happened to him, they would kill him!!

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan reject this unacceptable behaviour, which people have rebelled against, and rebelled against those who have done so in the past, we confirm that it has become clear that this movement is against Islam, and even if they falsely claim otherwise. We warn the forces of freedom and change, and their elements in the sit-in, and say to them that you do not know Hizb ut Tahrir, whose members experienced prisons and detention centers, and the ghost houses (torture houses) throughout the rule of the previous regime, and this did not detract them and did not weaken their resolve and determination. These childish games do not scare us. It scares only those whose sole objective is to gain power, this is why they carry out the same acts and reintroduce the ghost houses in its second version in sit-in area!!

We say to the forces of freedom and change and their henchmen, we are present inside the sit-in and will not leave it, and shall carry our Dawah duty. We hold you responsible for what happens to the members of Hizb ut Tahrir. We say to you that there is no difference between you and the former “Inqaz” regime, whereas even the “Inqaz” did not commit these atrocities until after it came to power.  Yet you practice it before you receive power, so what will happen if you come to power?!
