The Radical Change can only Happen by the Khilafah Upon the Method of the Prophethood
(Translated)

It was announced in Khartoum the birth of a new political coalition under the name Alliance of Radical Change Forces, and that its main demand is to complete the demands of the December revolution under the slogan “Towards a national and radical change led by the masses”. It was said that this radical change program is based on achieving social justice in the sector and region, ending war, sustaining peace, not compromising the country's sovereignty and resources, the need to achieve peaceful transfer of power, and building a civil and democratic state.

The observer of the program of this coalition, which was said to be for the sake of radical change, finds that it has nothing to do with the radical change, but rather it is a formal change within the system of man-made systems prevailing since colonialism until now, and there is nothing new in it, neither in the foundation on which it is based, nor in its solutions, it is based on the same capitalist ideology; The doctrine of separating religion from the state, and the same failed solutions that have been applied in our country for decades until it brought us to the brink of the abyss.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan present the project of radical change that will save Sudan from its repression, and even save the whole world, as follows:

First: Making the Islamic creed the foundation of the state, and at the same time the foundation of the constitution and laws, given that the Shariah rulings are from the Creator of all humankind, who knows what benefits them and what harms them.

[أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ]

“How could He not know His Own creation? For He ˹alone˺ is the Most Subtle, All-Aware.” [TMQ Al-Mulk:14]

Second: The absolute sovereignty of the law, and the authority of the Ummah, as it chooses from among its people who is qualified to rule, so it pledges allegiance to it as its Khalifah in which Allah’s Shariah is applied, and Islam carries a message of guidance and light to the lost world.

Third: It is strictly forbidden for the colonial Kuffar to interfere in the affairs of the country and the people, because their interference makes them have authority over us, and Islam has forbidden that, Allah Almighty says:

[وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً]

“And Allah will never grant the disbelievers a way over the believers.” [TMQ An-Nisaa:141].

Fourth: The Khilafah State administers the country’s resources, especially what is included in the public ownership of gold, oil, gas and others for the benefit of the people. The State guarantees the satisfaction of the basic needs of food, clothing and housing for every member of the subjects. It also guarantees education, medical care and security for all people, so conflicts end out of injustice or around the land or property, and everyone who has a right takes his right according to the Shariah rulings, so a society of sufficiency, justice and security is achieved; So that the state can devote itself to its main task of bringing Islam to the world through dawah and jihad.

This is the radical change that uproots the influence of the Kafir colonialist, creates a decent life, and ends this chaos that plagues the country, and we come out of the displacement of the oppressive systems based on the greedy capitalist system.

O People of Sudan, all! Parties and groups, Hizb ut Tahrir, while carrying a draft constitution of 191 articles drawn from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, the consensus of the Companions and the legal analogy (qiyyas), invites you to work with it for the real radical change by establishing the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood, through which you would have honor and gain the pleasure of your Lord.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]

“O believers! Respond to Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah stands between a person and their heart, and that to Him you will all be gathered.” [TMQ Al-Anfal: 24]
