International intervention in Sudan is a colonial intervention
Only Khilafah can stop it
(Translated)

On the grounds of the international for investigating the Sudani affairs, which recommended deploying a peace keeping force for safeguarding the civilians, opinions varied about this blatant intervention in Sudan. People are divided into two main groups; one group refusing this intervention and adopting the government’s direction which endorse the American stance, which is against the recommendation, on a diplomatic perspective only. And another group accepting such intervention on the basis that it will end violations against the people.

In this regard, we, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, reject this intervention from the weighty Islamic standpoint and emphasize the following:

First: Islam has forbidden the assistance from the kuffar (disbelievers), or the allegiance to them, so that they do not have authority and control over Muslims, Allah (swt) says:

[وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً]

“And God will never grant the disbelievers a way over the believers.” [An-Nisaa: 141] and says:

[إِنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ كَانُوا لَكُمْ عَدُوّاً مُّبِيناً]

“Indeed, the disbelievers are to you a clear enemy.” [An-Nisaa 101].

Second: The people of Sudan must know that the political and military movement taking place in Sudan is essentially an international struggle for influence in Sudan between America, represented by the leaders of the Rapid Support Forces, and leaders in the army who ignited the war in America’s interest to eliminate Britain’s influence and cancel the Framework Agreement that almost turned the military establishment into the interests of Britain’s civilian agents represented by the Forces of Freedom and Change (Tagaddom) today.

Third: The people of Sudan must be aware and not allow the deception practiced by the agents of colonialism. Why do they reject the intervention of the United Nations and accept the intervention of America through the Jeddah platform, for example?! All of these countries and the so-called international organizations are enemies of Islam and Muslims and only work in the interests of the major colonial powers, America, Britain, and others.

Fourth: Nothing will stop this blatant and dreadful interference in our countries except the establishment of a state based on Islam; the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, for it alone is the way out and salvation. The Prophet (saw) said,

«فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَعِشْمِنْكُمْ بَعْدِي فَسَيَرَى اخْتِلَافًا كَثِيراً، فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِينَ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ، فَتَمَسَّكُوا بِهَا وَعَضُّوا عَلَيْهَا بِالنَّوَاجِذِ»

“Whoever among you lives after me will see much disagreement, so adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, and hold fast to it with your molars.”[Narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawud].
