Security Services Releases Some of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir While keeps the rest in custody
(Translated)

The National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) released 19 Shabab from the arrested group of Shabab from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan after they were subjected to various tortures: beating, kicking, abuse, and insults. Some were bound with iron shackles, even those who were over the age of 60 could not be interceded for, nor did the status of some who were Imams of Mosques and Scholars. These brutal acts could not be carried out by anyone who has an atom weight of Iman. The henchmen of the oppressive regime in Sudan carry out these brutal and hideous acts which contradict the Islamic creed which Allah Azza wa Jal promised those who commit them with hellfire, they will be thrown into it; the worst fate.

Our Prophet (saw) said:

«صِنْفَانِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ لَمْ أَرَهُمَا قَوْمٌ مَعَهُمْ سِيَاطٌ كَأَذْنَابِ الْبَقَرِ يَضْرِبُونَ بِهَا النَّاسَ ...»

"Two types are of the people of hellfire... that I did not see, people who hold whips like that cattle's tails to beat people with them."

Assuming that this will weaken the determination and break the resolve of the Shabab, but they failed in the Dunya and lost the Akhirah. By Allah these Shabab are the successful ones by the permission of Allah. And those are the losers on the day when regrets are of no benefit.

Those who are still under the suppressive arrest are:

1. Nasir Ridha Muhammad Othman - Head of the Central Communication Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan.

2. Muhyi ud-Deen Bukhari Abu Bakr - member of the Leadership Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan.

3. Fitr Dar Joal. 4. Ibrahim Abdul Rahim. 5. Hamad Al-Dhaiy. 6. Ahmad Al Khateeb. 7. Abdul Khaliq Abdoon. 8. Nadir Hussain. 9. Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim. 10. Mutawakil Wada'ah. 11. Muhammad abdul Rahman. 12. Muhammad al ‘Umdah. 13. Ali Abbas. 14. Akram Sa'ad Al- Hussain.

We Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, whose Shabab have been tested by you in strength and you found them firmer than solid mountains, will continue in the path of truth in support of Islam and in pursuit to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" ar-Rashidah upon the method of the Prophethood, even if the Kuffar detest it and their henchmen on the inside who implement their conspiracies against Islam and the Muslims. Neither their prisons nor arrests terrify us. We will not be terrorised by their whips or their iron shackles that they try to frighten the Shabab with.

We say to the ruling authority in Khartoum, if you think that the suppression and terrorism policy of scaring the people and terrorising them will save your obsolete ruling "chairs" then you have miscalculated and you will be disappointed. Where did those who had more power and were more oppressive than you go? The ones that Allah Azza wa Jal says about them:

(وَسَكَنتُمْ فِي مَسَاكِنِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ الْأَمْثَالَ وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِندَ اللَّـهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِن كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَال)

"And you lived among the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them. And We presented for you [many] examples." (*) And they had planned their plan, but with Allah is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan had been [sufficient] to do away with the mountains." [Ibrahim: 45-46]

They, like you assumed that their oppressive services will help them remain in power, but their fate was nothing but loss. And it will be the same for you unless you let go of your vanity and return to your Lord, for Allah gives respite but will never neglect those who need to be punished.
