Human Rights: A Dazzling Phrase, in its Essence is Colonialism and Slavery!

The National Human Rights Commission Group in cooperation with the Advisory Council for Human Rights in Sudan organized the International Day for Human Rights celebration; the Minister of Justice addressed it saying: "Sudan is a state that respects human rights, which was honored by Allah by the noble Quran as well as it respects the international conventions as the rights of every human being." The Minister said: "The visit of an expert on human rights for Sudan now came to stand on the human rights situation and we are opening the doors to him for consideration of human rights issues in an objective way because the largest guarantor of human rights is the Sudanese citizen." The Muslims are left in no doubt that the so-called "human rights" according to the Western viewpoint, is the view point of the Kaffir and its people, a corrupt and selective viewpoint to achieve the interests of the Western colonizers and not the sublime values​​ as they claim. It is no wonder that it turned into a tool to control the Muslim Ummah, where it is based on the idea of ​​separation of religion from life, and promotes the four freedoms, which are: freedom of belief, freedom of opinion, personal freedom, and the freedom of ownership. It did not become an International Charter until after the Second World War, and after the establishment of the United Nations, in 1948; which issued the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In 1961, the so-called International Covenant on Civil Human Rights (legal) and Politics was issued. Also in 1966, the so-called International Covenant on economic, cultural and social human rights was issued. The work to make it a global charter adopted by the people and not just by the states began only in 1993, two years after the fall of socialism and the domination of the capitalist ideology internationally. A conference of non-governmental human rights organizations was held in that year, they released the so-called Declaration of Non-Governmental Human Rights Organizations, the group recommended to ensure the universality of human rights, and that it must be applied equally to different cultural, and laws, and rejected the claim that these rights vary between the societies. This is the origin of the disease and the source of the calamity as this means the rejection to take Islam into account when applying "human rights", even in Muslim countries! Why, then is the Muslim is subject to this suspicious system?

Human rights implemented by the government on the basis of Western civilization contradicts Islam, for example, because of the freedom of belief, and missionary activity the punishment on the one who apostates and declares it is not carried out, the last of them was a girl from Haj Youssef area, a street where most women wear the Islamic dress. We see the wonder of wonders of the outfit imported by western ideas and style of living, due to personal freedom. Because of the freedom of opinion, the secularists are provided with platforms to slander Islam and its thoughts about life and its criteria. The freedom of ownership is the cause of misery and poverty of people and nations; they are colonized and their wealth is plundered.

The mixing and confusing of matters together is a dirty game and exposed at the same time, how can the honour of man in the Quran equates with the international conventions that are legislated and laws of human beings based on the capitalist ideology.

The door that you opened, O Minister of Justice, to the delegates of Human Rights, exposes the country and the people to the violation by the one who posses shovels of demolition of the values, standards and convictions of Islam in our societies, the reports that he will carry will be used by the West to put pressure on the state that are subservient and weak to pass their plans to break up our country and our alienation publicly and privately. The rejection of these laws and the expulsion of such organizations will end its influence in the country and it is what needs to be done.

The  Khilafah "Caliphate" State implements the rights of the Lord of the Worlds on humans, rights and duties guaranteed by Allah, the Creator of human beings, rights that gives dignity and justice between people, rights guaranteed by the State in its constitution and laws that preserves the doctrine of Muslims and do not force the Kuffar to convert to Islam, rights to make every human being express his/her opinion as long as it does not violate Islam, meaning that the person is a slave to Allah and is subject to His orders and prohibitions, and rights to own by humans what is by nature is that is owned by the individual and benefits him, and stops the encroachment on the people's money by any means.

(قُلْ لا يَسْتَوِي الْخَبِيثُ وَالطَّيِّبُ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ الْخَبِيثِ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ يَا أُولِي الأَلْبَابِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ)
