Response to Journalist Taha Al Noumaan's Article

Brother Taha Al Noumaan,

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatuh Allah wa Barakatuh,

We have reviewed your article published in the "Akhir Lahdha" Newspaper dated 1st of October 2014 CE, and we have found points which need to be responded to and clarified and other points that were not attended to, as they were mere unbeneficial loquacity. Since Hizb ut Tahrir takes heed to the strength of thought and sense of the community, we shall provide our advice to the writer of the article in order to correct what needs to be corrected and clarified. We ask from Almighty (swt) to guide everyone with enlightened Islamic thought, so that our Ummah revives upon the basis of its sophisticated ideology, for He Almighty (swt) is The Guider.

As a response to your article, we mention the following points:

1. You mentioned in your article: "If you, O dear reader, delete the word "who" which is repeated twice, the net amount of words in the title becomes (32) words... a title that is the longest in journalism standards and the science of public communication..."

The newsletter which Brother Taha received is titled "The Neo-Crusaders Unite their Guile and Continue their Killing and Aggression against Muslim Countries and the Rulers in the Region Fight under their Banner Unashamed of Allah and His Messenger and the Believers". So, how do you say that the word "who" is repeated twice?! Where did you get it from, may Allah have mercy on you!

It is also not true that the number of words in the title is (32) words! How did you count them?!  It is obvious that you used an incorrect addition method according to the science of addition and Mathematics! Still, we realized that it is a typo, and so we would love to offer you a piece of advice related to the errors of writing journalistic articles according to the International Standards of Media and Journalism (ISM), as repetitive typos are great hazards! Thus, pay more attention to that in the future... Chris Eliotte says in an article in the British Guardian on February 2, 2014 CE: "Typos are the most dangerous elements that might affect the reputation of the newspapers or the credibility of the journalists," and since we care about the reputation of your prestigious newspaper and your credibility, we wanted to present you with this advice.

2. You mentioned in your article: "Especially the idea of Khilafah "Caliphate" which the Hizb considers as one of the pillars of Islam... and there's no harm if that is the Ijtihad of a political party."

That is peculiar of you dear brother! It seems that you still chirp the ancient chirps that the Ummah has long passed since ages...

Yes, the Khilafah "Caliphate" is one of the authentic fixed obligations of the Islamic obligations, as through it the great religion of Islam is implemented and without it there is no implementation of Islam, so the Ummah becomes like an orphan on the banquet of villains... Imam Al Mawirdi said in the Sultaniyya rules: "To contract an Imam to carry this responsibility in the Ummah is an obligation by consensus, and it's compulsory to appoint an Imam who will be the Sultan of that time and the leader of the Ummah, so that the religion is protected by the Sultan who will rule according to the Sunan of the religion and its rules." The Khilafah "Caliphate" is the general leadership for all of the Muslims on Earth in order to implement the Islamic Shariah rules, and to carry the Islamic Dawah to the world via calling and Jihad. The hypothetical evidence for this state is derived from the Book of Allah (swt) and the guidance of His Prophet (saw), and the evidence for the Khilafah "Caliphate" is well-known information unconcealed from any Muslim! However, we will mention some of them to serve as a reminder since a reminder can benefit the believers... Allah (swt) says:

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ)

"O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you." [al-Nisaa: 59]

And He (swt) does not order the obeying of someone who does not exist. Thus, He (swt) pointed out that finding an authority; i.e. a Khaleefah, is an obligation. As when Allah (swt) ordered the obeying of an authority, He (swt) has thus ordered that he should be appointed. This is because the existence of an authority means that he is responsible to establish Islam, and leaving this appointment means losing the Islamic rules, thus appointing him is an obligation since not doing so means losing something sacred, which is losing the Islamic rules.

Yes, the Khilafah "Caliphate" state is the most important duty mandated by the Lord of the Worlds (swt), and it is stronger than distortion and confusion, as it is mentioned in written and in action form in the Book of Allah (swt), the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw), and the consensus of his honorable companions. The Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah, by the Will of Allah, will be restored as Allah (swt) has promised and gave glad tidings to His Prophet (saw), and the Ummah is waiting eagerly for this day. Rather, it works earnestly, diligently and faithfully with Allah (swt) and in sincerity to the Prophet of Allah (saw), and if the Ummah is like this with Allah (swt), The Almighty (swt) will definitely grant it victory:

(وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ)

"And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might." [al-Hajj: 40]

3. You mention in your article: "The conspiracy, mister, is the major narrator... all they have done is mobilizing the chaos of the Khilafah "Caliphate" at the right time in order to destroy countries and armies, so that they divide the area into dozens of states and emirates."

Therefore, you see that America is the owner of the hypothesis of the chaos of Khilafah "Caliphate", and that it is the one which ignited the situation and conspired against the Muslims, and you see that the danger of ISIS is also great, then after all this you come up with a strange conclusion! Which is that Hizb ut Tahrir should not reject the intervention of the Kuffar colonials in the area, and you condemn our rejection of implementing the American plans! This means that you see that it is fine to have America enter the area in order to divide the countries into smaller states and emirates and destroy the area's armies...

Your situation is truly bewildering! You are abiding by the saying: "Treat me with what has caused me the illness," but how can we treat the "evilness" of ISIS by relying on America; the empire of evilness; so isn't America the malicious illness?! Isn't it that wants to shred us and shred the remaining states? Your logic is truly invalid and so dear brother it is best that you object against Hizb ut Tahrir with a logical objection followed by envisioning the confrontation of the evil American conspiracy. However, you objected with an invalid logic; in addition, you didn't present a solution to face the American conspiracies against the Muslim countries. Your objection establishes yielding and submitting to the imperial forces without a counter political action... and we say to you that the Islamic Ummah is a living Ummah which will not submit to the infidels, and wherever the plots of the infidels reach, the Ummah is observing it:

(وَمَكْرُ أُولَئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ) "and the plotting of those - it will perish" [Fatir: 10].

4. The writer also perceives that we lessen the "evilness" of ISIS and its distortion of Islam... Hizb ut Tahrir does not lessen nor sensationalize, but it rather resolves the "evilness" with whatever remedy it requires. The "diversion" of ISIS has a treatment in Islam's system according to the Shariah rules, as Allah (swt) does not overlook any matter, but whoever imports a treatment from outside the religion of Allah (swt), and begs the infidel colonials and allows them to enter the Muslim lands, and then he will be the one who shall suffer and perish!

O Taha, Allah (swt) did not reveal His Rulings on the Truthful Taha (saw) so as to suffer:

( طه * مَا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْآنَ لِتَشْقَى * إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةً لِمَنْ يَخْشَى)

"Ta, Ha. We have not sent down to you the Qur'an that you be distressed. But only as a reminder for those who fear [Allah]." [Taha: 1-3]

The Khilafah "Caliphate" State alone is able to resolve the mistakes of ISIS according to the Shariah rulings and to bring it back to the rightful path, as any diversion from Haqq is treated by the implementation of Haqq and Islam, and what else other than the Khilafah "Caliphate" state can implement Islam?

The Khilafah "Caliphate" expels all of the Batil (falsehood); whether the "falsehood" is ISIS or Arab rulers, it pushes it back with Haqq so that Haqq prevails even it if the infidels despise it:

(بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ)

"Rather, We dash the truth upon falsehood, and it destroys it, and thereupon it departs" [al-Anbiyaa: 18].

As for America's interference and its solicitation to exploit the countries and the people, to plunder wealth, to destroy the potentials of the Ummah, and with the blessings of the rulers of the Muslims... this is truly one of the biggest sins!

5. As for your talk that America wants to divide the countries and destroy the armies... you are truthful in that regard, and we say to you, O brother Taha:

The Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah is the one that will stand against the conspiracies of America and the infidel colonial West, and who other than the Khilafah "Caliphate"? What else other than it that united the countries and ruled most of the ancient world? The Muslims and Ahl adh-Dhimma from the Jews and Christians lived under the protection of the Khilafah "Caliphate" a decent and good life? Yes, it is the Khilafah "Caliphate" that unites the Muslims and breaks the backs of the colonial infidels. The Khilafah "Caliphate" is the product and production, it is the grace and proscription, it is the preserver of religion and life, and it is the origin and resoluteness. With it the Rulings are implemented, the boundaries are set, the openings take place, and heads are raised with Haqq for the sake of Allah (swt), the Lord of all Worlds... It will destroy the Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916 CE, and remove the colonial borders to unite the Muslims in reality. Yes, O Taha, this is how we abolish the plans of America and the plans of the Western infidels, and how we regain the dignity of Islam and the Muslims which has been absent for years.

In conclusion, O brother, we did not mention these responses with evidence from the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Prophet of Allah (saw) in fear of the Ummah to be deluded, but to place the argument against you in front of Allah (swt)! The Islamic Ummah is very much aware for it to be deluded with words of loquacity...

The only request of millions of people around the world is to establish the Islamic State; the Khilafah "Caliphate" Al Rashidah is the mere witness to that. Else, how would you explain the raising of the Prophet's Rayah; the Rayah of Oqab; the Rayah of "La Ilah Illah Allah, Mohammad Rasul Allah"; the black Rayah around the world is in the hands of millions of people from the East of Earth, where Indonesia in the East is, passing through the proud Al Sham, stepping into Egypt (Al Kinana), Sudan and ending in the Arabian Morocco. Isn't this all expressing the yearning of the Ummah to be ruled with Islam under the shade of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Al Rashidah state upon the method of Prophethood, lead by Hizb ut Tahrir and its Ameer, the dignified Scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah? So, O writer of this article, will you be with the rumbling surge of the Ummah or against it which will uproot you?

(وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ)

"And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know." [Yusuf: 21]
