Arrests, Hitting, and Death Threats will not Increase the Members of Hizb ut Tahrir Expect with Strength and Steadfastness
(Translated)

Upon a discussion session conducted in Al Dalnaj by the members of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan titled: "How the Muslim life should be", the Military Intelligence arrested two members: Sami Al Sadik and Mujahid Adam, and they were handled using a mobster-style method where they were whipped with whips, abused and mocked with obscenities, but also it reached to an extent of death threats and intimidations with death.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, to face this disgraceful behavior, remind and warn...

Firstly: We remind with the following:

• What the members of Hizb ut Tahrir did in Al Dalnaj is one of the best and greatest work for Allah (swt), as carrying the Dawah to people and enlightening them with Haqq (truth) is the work of the Prophets and Messengers, and afterwards it is the work of the sincere and truthful believers.

• Arrests, beatings, death threats, and intimidations will not increase our members except with strength with their strength, steadfastness on Haqq, and patience on harm no matter how much it becomes. The security agencies in this country have experienced the tenacity of the members of Hizb ut Tahrir and their steadfastness on Haqq across decades.

• This regime that continues to do what it's doing should know that Allah (swt) waits but does not neglect, and they should look at the tyrants around them, how they have been more powerful and oppressive than them, and more repelling, so Allah (swt) took them between night and morning, taken by The Mighty, The Overpowering Lord, The Powerful, and the happy person is the one who learned a lesson from others.

Secondly: We warn from the following:

• The one who obstructs the path of Haqq and repels from the path of Allah (swt) will face dire consequences, and his destiny will be that of all those who obstructed the path of Haqq so Allah (swt) disgraced them in life and in the afterlife. Allah (swt) says:

(الَّذِينَ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الآخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا أُولَئِكَ فِي ضَلالٍ بَعِيدٍ)

"Those who prefer the life of this world instead of the Hereafter, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah (i.e. Islam) and seek crookedness therein - They are far astray." [Ibrahim: 3]

• We advise our brothers in the Security Agencies in all of its denominations to not be whips in the hands of the regimes thus becoming accomplices of tyrants; even further, you would become the tyrants yourselves and so it will be applicable upon you the saying of the Beloved Prophet (saw):

«صِنْفَانِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ لَمْ أَرَهُمَا قَوْمٌ مَعَهُمْ سِيَاطٌ كَأَذْنَابِ الْبَقَرِ يَضْرِبُونَ بِهَا النَّاسَ..»

"There are two groups among the people of Hellfire whom I did not see: a people who have whips like the tails of oxen with which they beat people..." (Narrated by Muslim).

In conclusion, we say that we are still involved by the Might and Power of Allah (swt) in the Dawah for resuming the Islamic way of life; by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" Al Rashidah upon the method of Prophethood, whoever wants or doesn't, we will not be stopped by threats or intimidations. We are confident in the promise of Allah (swt) Who says:

(وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ)

"Allah has promised those among you who believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their religion, that which He has chosen for them (i.e. Islam). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they (believers) worship Me and do not associate anything (in worship) with Me. But whoever disbelieved after this, they are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah)" [An-Nur: 55].

We are also rejoiced with the saying of our Beloved Prophet (saw):

«... ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ» "... then there will be a Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood."
