The “Kidnapped and Disappeared” File is a Black Box that Reveals the Extent of the Criminality of the HTS Organization’s Leadership

On 14/5/2024, the sit-in carried out by a group of families and relatives of the kidnapped people in the security prisons of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) was dispersed in a thuggish manner with the Assad’s flavour. This sit-in came after many procrastinations by the HTS organization related to this particular issue.

The “kidnapped” file is considered one of the most dangerous files that the HTS’s leadership is keeping a secret. It is working in various ways to end any attempt to expose this file or shed light on it.

The HTS’s “kidnapped and disappeared” file is similar to the file of the “missing persons” held by the criminal regime during the events in Hama and Palmyra prison. Many of them were liquidated in horrific criminal ways, and buried in unknown mass graves. Today, Al-Julani and his public oppression apparatus are in the same position. There are many demands to reveal the fate of the kidnapped people, and the push to know their fate is great, especially after information was received about the liquidation of a large number of the kidnapped people; the information states that the number reached hundreds, under the term “we clipped him off”!

Based on this matter, the HTS’s leadership had no choice but to move with all brutality and disperse the sit-in in Idlib. It drew, planned, and used the tools. It wrote the scenario and did not care about the extent of its weakness, flimsiness, and the degree of lying in it. Then, it went ahead to disperse the sit-in with excessive thuggish force, regardless of the results. To it, to bear the consequences of the dispersal of the sit-in is much easier than bearing the consequences of revealing the truth about the hundreds of people who were killed (clipped off) in their prisons and buried in unknown mass graves!

The method of dispersing the sit-in revealed the extent of their criminality. There is nothing forbidden to them. Every crime is permissible in order to preserve their positions. Thus, they are following the path of the criminal regime, until they complete their role in eliminating the honest sons of Ash-Sham’s revolution and return those who remain under the control of the criminal regime.

The truth about the criminality of the leadership of Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham and the public oppression apparatus has emerged. How long will our Mujahideen brothers remain silent about the injustice of this leadership and rejecting even the slogans it was putting forward?! Has the time not come for them to abandon their negative neutrality and become bias to their people and their revolution?

The injustice of Al-Julani, his thugs, and the public apparatus of oppression will only increase the people of the revolution and its blessed movement’s determination to continue until they save their revolution, regain control of their decision-making, and continue their path until the overthrow of all tyrants and the establishment of the Islamic rule on their ruins, and that will be soon, Allah willing. Allah (swt) says:

[وَنُرِيدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ]

“And We wanted to confer favor upon those who were oppressed in the land and make them leaders and make them inheritors” [Al-Qasas: 5]
