Media sources loyal to the regime published minute details about the newly issued decision on the compulsion of young men to obtain approvals for travel from the "Recruitment Division", ahead of their travel. The new resolution includes all Syrians from age 18 to age 42 years. It is incumbent upon those who wish to obtain such approval a payment of US $300 or the equivalent of the Syrian pound. The Department of Immigration and Passport had circulated an instant telegram requesting not to grant approvals to travel for those who finished the compulsory service, unless after obtaining the approval of the recruitment division.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham the Abode of Dar Al-Islam: After nearly four years of the start of the blessed Ash-Sham's revolution against Bashar, the tyrant of this era, and the steadfastness of this revolution in face of the American-led international conspiracy against it. And in spite of all the material, military and human support the criminal regime received from Russia and Iran, and despite the international community standing behind the Pharaoh of this time for fear of falling and to prevent the crowning of this revolution by the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood... However, this revolution has exhausted his physical, military and human resources, forcing him to demand from those who did not perform military service or finished it (aged 18 - 42 years) to report to the recruitment division; so as to prevent them from traveling outside the country, and even arrest them in order to forcibly involving them to support him not to fall and to counter their people of Muslims at home. If anything, this proves the extent of the weakness that such a regime has reached, and signals its imminent end, Allah willing. The regime by this step unwillingly reveals the extent of its lie that it is strong enough to besiege Aleppo, for it is too weak to even protect itself.

O Mujahideen in the blessed land of Ash- Sham: What is being plotted in Syria Ash-Sham today will be not resolved except by consistency in front of it on the basis of Iman in Allah (swt) and glorifying His Deen. So for as long as you came out in order to remove this tyranny then stand firm on the right, do not weaken in front of the oppressive tyrants, and be as the Almighty says:

الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيل  فَانْقَلَبُوا بِنِعْمَةٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ لَمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ وَاتَّبَعُوا رِضْوَانَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَظِيمٍ  إِنَّمَا ذَلِكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ يُخَوِّفُ أَوْلِيَاءَهُ فَلَا تَخَافُوهُمْ وَخَافُونِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ

"So they returned with favor from Allah and bounty, no harm having touched them. And they pursued the pleasure of Allah, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty." [Al-i-Imran: 174]

In which the Almighty promised them success, He (swt) says:

((يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اصْبِرُوا وَصَابِرُوا وَرَابِطُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ))

"O you who have believed, persevere and endure and remain stationed and fear Allah that you may be successful." [Al-i-Imran: 200]

So stand fast and be patient and endure, and fear Allah, that you may be successful.
