On Friday 08 May 2015 two delegates of Hizb ut Tahrir / Tunisia delivered a Public Notice for both the Presidency and the Prime Minister. It reads:

Following a heinous crime which claimed the lives of four members of the National Guard in the town of Boulaaba, in the governorate of Kasserine, and as we pray for mercy for the victims and offer our condolences to their families and loved ones, we emphasize the following:

Many observers, supervisors, and politicians spoke about violations in registration in the second round of the presidential elections in Tunisia which included names registered were those of deceased, and some of the people were registered without reaching the legal age for election, others were registered without their permission
