Under the Name of Culture, Openness and Modernity, Shyness (Hayaa) is Being Undermined in the so-called Carthage Theater Festival

Billions are spent in a few days by the state to spread obscenity, destroy the high values and strike the beliefs instead of reviving the Ummah’s culture and introducing its men of Fuqaha’ (scholars), engineers, doctors and scientists like Al-Taher bin Ashour, Khader Hussein and Sheikh Zaghouani and Saheb Ettabaa’ and others...

Instead of providing the opportunity to know the history of this country and what the men did, such as Musa bin Naseer, the seven ‘Abadilah (Abdullahs), 'Uqba ibn Nafi' and Tariq ibn Ziyad, the callers of secularism - rulers of Tunisia are trying to strip this Ummah, with the support and generosity of her enemies, and to defame all forms of chastity and purity. We, in the Women’s Section of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Tunisia plead to Allah our innocence from what happens in what they call works of art of nudity and striking of values and hostility to Islam. We greatly plead to Allah our innocence from the silence of the government over an act that occurred in which all restrictions of modesty were stripped.

We consider that such acts clash with the Islamic culture and have subversive political dimensions.  Such sabotage, under the motto of the Carthage Festival and in the name of human culture, financed by the funds of needy people, aims at replacing the Islamic culture with a declined culture and the culture of homosexuality and immorality, in an attempt to raise a generation that denies its Islamic culture, but all praise is due to Allah that the response of the attendees was to leave and denounce...

In this context, we show our people the falsity of this system, which has been revealing its flaws, and we call upon the sincere people of Tunisia to work on exposing it and even destroying it and establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Messenger of Allah (saw). Allah (swt) says:

(كَيْفَ وَإِن يَظْهَرُوا عَلَيْكُمْ لَا يَرْقُبُوا فِيكُمْ إِلّاً وَلَا ذِمَّةً يُرْضُونَكُم بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتَأْبَى قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ)

“How (can there be such a league), seeing that if they get an advantage over you, they respect not in you the ties either of kinship or of covenant? With (fair words from) their mouths they entice you, but their hearts are averse from you; and most of them are rebellious and wicked.” [At-Tauba: 8]
