If You Truly Love the Messenger of Allah (saaw), Then Work Towards Establishing the State Which he Established on the Day of his Birth
(Translated)

O Muslims in the Land of ‘Uqbah bin Nafe’:

Every year, you renew the anniversary of the birth of your Prophet (saw), declaring joy and showing happiness and pride in being part of the Ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him). However, most of the rulings of Islam that your Prophet (saw) brought to you are disrupted today, they were disrupted by a group that professionalized politics and rejected the rulings of Islam, they said: “Tunisia is a civil state and the Qur’an has nothing to do with legislation”,

(كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِباً) “It is a monstrous assertion that comes out of their mouths: what they say is nothing but lies.” [Al-Kahf :5]. They claimed Tunisia a secular democratic state, making it (secularism) their sacred religion that is untouchable. They also accepted the colonizer Kafir’s hegemony, saying: “We must have our Western friends to help us”, so they established for them a miserable constitution (like a calf that gives away a lowing sound) to keep them busy while drowning them in deadly debts, thus the land was lost, and the hearts became perplexed looking for exit!!

O Muslims in the land of ‘Uqbah bin Nafe’:

Our situation today resembles the poetry line:

Like a camel in the desert dying of thirst *** While it carries water on its back

Today, you remember the birth of your Prophet (saw), is it not strange that a Muslim of the Ummah of Muhammad (saw) is looking for solution and the way to salvation?!

Wasn’t our Messenger (saaw), the one we celebrate his birth, sent as guidance, guiding us to the path of Allah and showing us how to live in accordance to the rulings of Islam: hasn’t he showed us the details of life’s systems – political, economic and social, not leaving any aspect of life without showing us what to do and the method of its execution?

Is it not very strange that in Islamic lands, whose people are Muslim and love their Messenger, celebrating his birth, but do not implement the ruling of Islam in their public life and in their state and administration?!

Oh Muslims, who love the Messenger of Allah (saw):

We, in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Tunisia, while you celebrate the birth of the honorable Messenger (saw), remind you that the 22nd of Rabi’ ul-Awwal was not only the day of birth of the Messenger (saw), but it was also the day of his migration to Madinah to take leadership and establish the first Islamic State. This was also the date of appointing the Khaleefah of Rasoolullah: on that day, the Messenger (saw) passed away, so his companions gathered and agreed unanimously on appointing a new leader for the Islamic state. They did not lose focus despite the gravity of the calamity – death of the Messenger (saw) – and none of them asked “what’s the solution?” or “what is the way to salvation?”

However, they knew well the rulings of their Deen and fastened to establishing the greatest of obligations, the obligation of the continuity of the state that was established by the Messenger (saw). So what are we waiting for?! Why is there confusion while the solution is well-known, unambiguous?! What are we waiting to save ourselves and our country from the evils of democracy and its foolishness and free ourselves from the arrogance and crimes of the colonizer?! Is it not time for Muslims, who love to belong to the Ummah of Muhammad (saw), to correct their resolve and increase their zeal, so that they stand united to uproot the traitors, kick out the colonizers and give Bay’ah to a Khaleefah (successor) of Rasoolullah (saw), to rule by Islam, protect the lands, and whom the Muslim armies fight behind to free the seized Masjid Al-Aqsa and unite the Muslim lands, then proceed to save humanity from the evils of capitalism and the crimes of colonialism and its bodies; the United Nations and its subsidiaries, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank and those who followed their footsteps?!

And let it be known to you that this great matter, the matter of establishing the Khilafah, is an obligation from Allah (swt), and is His promise to His believing servants, not only to the Prophets, and it is a matter that is victorious, Allah (swt) will grant it victory not only in the Hereafter, but also in this worldly life. Read what Allah (swt) says:

(إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ)

“Behold, We shall indeed succour Our apostles and those who have attained to faith, [both] in this world’s life and on the Day when all the witnesses shall stand up” [Ghafir:51]
