The Demise of the Entire World is Lesser to Allah than Unjustly Shed Blood
(Translated)

Regardless of the relevance of the reasons for confrontation; whether it was due to banned fishing or because of the attempt to stop some of the suspects, and aside from the case of death, whether it was due to drowning as stated in the certificate of security or due to a blow to the head according to the testimony of many sailors, the deceased - Rahmatullahi ‘Alaihi - was known for his integrity and well behavior from his background. His death definitely resulted from the confrontation with the security men. The question here is: When will the ruler start treating the sons of this people as subjects for whom he is responsible for? For their security rather than intimidating and terrorizing them. For providing them with decent jobs instead of firing them from earning a living by claiming the preservation of the fishery. What can this fishery counter in face of the factory toxins dumped into the sea or in face of global oil companies that do not care for fishery at all? Time will tell whether the ruler will hold those responsible for this crime accountable and whether he will give the victim's family their right to retribution or blood money, as ruled by the Lord of mankind. Or will it be limited to a play, similar to the demand of accountability from those responsible for the blood of the victims of the revolution?

The rights of the people are not provided by the one who rules with other than what Allah has revealed, because Allah Almighty called such a ruler an oppressor when He (swt) said:

[وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ]

"And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the wrongdoers."[Al-Ma'ida 5:45]

The people who revolted against the tyranny of Ben Ali are not intimidated by security solutions. Therefore the ruler should differentiate between the weakness of the political opposition and the power of the people. Although he was able to impose a fait accompli on the dilapidated opposition, he will not be able to impose it on a people who launched the revolution of the Muslim Ummah as a whole, whose stance colonialism was unable to break. Everyone should know from the government and people and the security officers that blood carries great weight with Allah. The government has to stop its aggression against the people! Security officers shall spread security instead of terror, and the people shall insist on accounting the ruler for blood that was shed! He (saw) said:«لَزَوَالُ الدُّنْيَا جَمِيعًا أَهْوَنُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ دَمٍ يُسْفَكُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ» "The demise of the entire world is easier with Allah than unjustly shed blood."
