Offers its Condolences for the Death of Raja'i Joulaq

[إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ]
"To Allah we belong and unto Him we shall return" [Al Baqara: 165]

Raja'i Joulaq, may Allah (swt) have mercy on him, was one of the best members of Hizb ut Tahrir as he walked sincerely on the path of resuming the Islamic way of life and re-establishing the rule of Allah (swt) on Earth. Raja'i, may Allah (swt) have mercy on him, with his humble personality and concern over the problems of the Muslims, joined the Da'wah towards Islam and worked within the ranks of Hizb ut Tahrir ten years ago.

He gave the oath one week prior to his death, and made an oath to Allah (swt) to be a faithful guardian for Islam, and he fulfilled his oath and remained steadfast to Islam until his last breath.

We, in Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Turkey, ask Allah (swt) to have mercy on the deceased, and to grant patience, solace and wellness to his family.

Oh kind brother! May Allah (swt) have utmost mercy on you and allow you to reach His Heaven, and allow you to drink from its rivers! Although you died before having the pledge of allegiance on your neck in accordance with the Hadith of the Prophet (saw):

«ومن مات وليس في عنقه بيعة مات ميتة جاهلية»

"Whoever dies without being bound by the oath of allegiance (bay`ah), dies the death of the time of ignorance (Jahiliyah)." (Narrated by Muslim)

However, you were working on appointing a Khaleefah, whom you will be bound with in Bay'ah, and may Allah (swt) make you amongst the accepted ones. We indeed bear witness on your courageous work for the sake of establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" and your sacrifices in the cause of the Islamic Da'wah, and we ask Allah (swt) to make you one of the successful and promised ones.

[مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلاً]

"Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah. Of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least" [Al-Ahzab: 23]
