74,000 People Said Stop to the Turkish Judiciary!

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Turkey announces the completion of the second phase of the campaign, which began on 20/10/2014 and was launched on 18/9/ 2014 entitled: "Say STOP to the Judicial Persecutions against Hizb ut Tahrir".  At the end of the campaign to collect signatures of support, on 30/11/2014, which lasted 40 days, 74,001 people said STOP to the Judicial Persecutions against Hizb ut Tahrir.

We begin by thanking all Muslims who expressed their concern, and have given their support to their brothers the members of Hizb ut Tahrir by signing in support of the campaign "Say STOP to the Judicial Persecutions against Hizb ut Tahrir" the Islamic party which is active in most parts of the world in calling for the establishment of the  second righteously guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of the Prophethood, and categorically rejects the method of coercion and violence, and adopts the intellectual and political work. We thank the brothers who supported the campaign through the media and the Internet of writers and journalists, and we thank the political parties and institutions (civil society), which provided support for the campaign in the institutional sense.

While Muslims in this period have signed in support of their brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir in order to put an end to the oppression of the Turkish judiciary against them; members of Hizb ut Tahrir who are demanding an end to the Turkish judiciary against them were exposed to new oppression. On 9/11/2014, six members of the Hizb were arrested by security forces in Kajah Oran / Ankara, and on 19/11/2014, two members were arrested in 19 Yeni Mahalle/ Ankara, and on 21/11/2014, 3 members were arrested in Malatya, and on 22/11/2014, a member was arrested in Siirt, and 6 members in Bursa, where the number of detainees reached 18 members. Legal action was taken against all of them.

Thus, these signatures, that were collected in an atmosphere where the members who organized the campaign are subjected to repression, were presented on 10/12/2014 attached to an application form which carries the Number 32 429 to the Turkish parliament to demand the formation of a committee to investigate violations of the rights and the oppression by the judiciary against Hizb ut Tahrir.

We Hizb ut Tahrir  / Wilayah Turkey declare once again that we will never deviate from the right path, whatever the alternative and price, and we will remain steadfast until the establishment of the second righteously guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of the Prophethood that the Messenger of Allah gave us the glad tidings about; without deviating an inch from our goal and method. We also previously mentioned that we do not expect mercy or justice from anyone but Allah (swt). Justice will only be the result of applying the rules of Islam.  If the Islamic system is not applied in all walks of life; there will be no justice in any place of the world. And therefore what we are waiting for in the status quo is not justice, but uprooting of the injustice and the persistent violations, and this is a natural right for all people wherever they are. For this reason, we will not remain silent in front of the injustice of the judiciary, and we will remove it by all legitimate means in accordance with the rules of Islam.
