Mourning of One of the Dawah Carriers from Tajikistan in Yemen
(Translated)

With believing hearts in Allah’s divine fate and destiny, Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Yemen mourns, to the Muslim Ummah in general and the people of Yemen in particular, the death of the Dawah carrier, May Allah’s mercy be on him:

Dr. Anwar Ismailov (Abu Ummar)

He passed away after suffering blood cancer. Abu Ummar, May Allah’s mercy be on him, is one of the Dawah carriers, he called for the truth and worked for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Method of Prophethood, we believe so and we commend no one to Allah (swt). He suffered the harassment of Tajikistan’s criminal regime, which prevented him from entering his country, so he lived in Yemen and was generous in his sacrifices (with his body and money) for the sake of the Dawah.

[فَاسْتَجَابَ لَهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ أَنِّي لاَ أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَامِلٍ مِّنكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَى بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ وَأُخْرِجُواْ مِن دِيَارِهِمْ وَأُوذُواْ فِي سَبِيلِي وَقَاتَلُواْ وَقُتِلُواْ لأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَلأُدْخِلَنَّهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ ثَوَابًا مِّن عِندِ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عِندَهُ حُسْنُ الثَّوَابِ]

“And their Lord responded to them, "Never will I allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female; you are of one another. So those who emigrated or were evicted from their homes or were harmed in My cause or fought or were killed - I will surely remove from them their misdeeds, and I will surely admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow as reward from Allah, and Allah has with Him the best reward.” [Al-i-Imran: 195]

We extend our heartfelt and true condolences to his family and parents, asking Allah (swt) to increase their reward and grant them the better way to grieve, and inspire them patience and solace.

Our eyes shed tears, our hearts is full of sorrow, yet we only say what pleases Allah (swt), we are in grief for parting with our Brother Abu Ummar. O Allah have mercy on him and forgive him, O Allah honour his abode and expand his entrance. O Allah give him a better home than his home and a better family than his family, and gather us and him under the banner of the Prophet (saw) on the Day of Resurrection in the company with the Mighty King.

[إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ]

“Verily to Allah do we belong and verily to Allah do we return” [Al-Baqarah: 156]
