Houthi Militias Carry on with their Unjust Arrests
(Translated)

The Houthi militias are still holding brother Abdullah Ahmad Naji for the last seven months in their prison in Ta’z, in Muawiya area, also called as Madina Salih Prison, without committing any crime except for that he is a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, the party which exposed the truth of the clash and the continuous fighting in Yemen, that clash which destroyed the country and the people all to serve the plots of the colonial disbelievers.

These Houthi Militias are afraid of the word of Truth since Hizb ut Tahrir does not own any weapons except the intellectual and political struggles, and it doesn’t use physical actions to reach its goal. However, these militias suffer from bankruptcy and arrogance, just like the unjust agent systems if not more murderous, as it arrests innocent and acquitted people, whether from Hizb ut Tahrir or from the public. Not only that, some of the armed members of these militia practices mob-style actions like blackmailing the people and taking their money under the pretext of ready-made false accusations.

These militias are chaotic and barbaric as it didn’t provide for the arrested person a fair trial nor allowed his family to visit him, nor did it release him, even though it repeatedly promised those who are following up his case to release him. It is obvious that these militias have employed injustice and lying, so there’s no ability or power except that in Allah (swt), and we rely upon Allah, The Best Reliance.

What is extremely odd is that when these people opened the grievance committees, we presented one grievance after another for this case, but it’s as if we’re addressing deaf people! At the end, they say that this case needs to be referred to someone else and that they have nothing to do with it, as if these prisons are not theirs?!

We warn people from these militias from taking their injustice further, as unjust people act severely and their punishments are harsh, but Allah (swt) grants time but doesn’t ignore, history is recording this, and the Ummah will not forgive their crimes committed against it and those who carry the Dawah of implementing Islam and establishing its State. Here we are again calling upon them to release all those arrested unjustly for false accusations which are just conceits and fabrications. So, what victory for Islam are they talking about, and what victory for Islam are they shouting about in their slogans, while they fight the Dawah carriers who are working for the establishment of its State?! Will Islam be pleased with their actions and their crimes which reflect badly on Islam, or will Islam be pleased with imprisoning people unjustly, people who are the breadwinners of their families who will lose their breadwinners, and then Eid comes while they are in prison and their families barely have the basics of life?!

Hizb ut Tahrir will keep going on, with Allah’s Will, despite the injustice inflicting it, as it will not be affected by the doings of the tyrants and it will not steer away from its goal and method. It will stay steadfast on the method of the Rasuul (saw) in establishing the Islamic State until Allah (swt) grants it victory and gives power back to the weak Muslims in His land.

(إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ)

“Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand” [Ghafir: 51]
