On Monday 26/10/2020, Al-Thawra Net covered the presence of Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi at the Ministry of Justice’s celebration on the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday, and quoted him as saying, “The gathering in the Al-Sabeen Square next Thursday on the occasion of the Prophet’s Mawlid will be the strong response of the Yemeni people to the attack by the enemies of Islam against the greatest Messenger," as well as his saying about "the need to draft a law incriminating the offenders to the prophets and messengers.”

By Allah, is this the response of those who are at the top of the hierarchy of power in Yemen and have an army, people’s committees, ballistic missiles, drones etc. to those who publicly offend Prophet Muhammad (saw)?! Or should the response be astounding, shaking the offender's entity, so that he forgets the milk that his mother nurtured him and makes him hide from the horror of what will befall him of the calamity that will remove his head from his body and leave him covered with his blood in the form of: “take this, O enemy of Allah, and the response is what you see, not what you hear”?! You have completely reversed the meaning of the verse

[مُّحَمَّدٌ رَّسُولُ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ]

“Muhammad is the apostle of Allah. and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other” [Al-Fath: 29] which you have raised in the streets, so why did you raise it?!

Whoever sees you, Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, as you kill Muslims on the fronts and incite other Houthi followers to join you in killing, looks at you and says that you will strike whoever offends the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and crush him, and people will not find any trace of him after that…

Is drafting a law incriminating the offenders of Muhammad (saw) part of Islam, or is the legal ruling on whoever harms the Messenger of Allah (saw) known? Whoever harms the Messenger of Allah (saw) is killed. The Prophet Muhammad (saw)commanded that whoever harms him should be killed, as in his saying:  «مَنْ لِي بِابْنِ الْأَشْرَفِ فَقَدْ آذَى اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ؟»“Who can go and kill Ibn Al-Ashraf, as he has offended Allah and His Messenger?” Companions took the initiative to kill him, as well as Abu Rafi and others.

Those who called for the drafting of a law incriminating the offenders to the Prophets and Messengers only wanted to help those who offended Muhammad (saw) to escape from the rule of Islam over them, and acquit them because their offense preceded the law, and silence the fools of Muslims who agreed to be ruled by other than the rule of Islam.

Those like you cannot compete with an enemy who stomped on them; you have joined the group of delinquent Muslim rulers, such as Hadi and his corrupt inner circle, so remain despised, for all of you put your hands in the hand of the enemies of Allah in secret, and show the opposite in public.

The only way to respond to the French offense is to give victory (nussrah) to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the second guided Khilafah state (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, and to pledge allegiance to its eminent scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, as a righteous Khaleefah over Muslims to defend the status of Muslims and the heart of their power.
