The Houthi Authorities Arrest One of Hizb ut Tahrir’s Shabab because of the Statement of the Sharia Ruling on Zakat!
(Translated)

The Houthi authorities arrested Brother Abdullah Ali Al-Qadi before sunset on Tuesday, the 27th of the blessed Ramadan 1444 AH, where he was abducted in front of his house in the capital, Sana'a, on a great day, on the charge of stating a great ruling, “Zakat between the Islamic system and the secular Houthi system.” Allah (swt) says:

[وَمَا نَقَمُوا مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا أَن يُؤْمِنُوا بِاللهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ] “who they resented for no reason other than belief in Allah —the Almighty, the Praiseworthy” [Al-Buruj 85:8]. How shocking! Is the statement of the call to implement Islam, including the rule of zakat, considered a crime?! Is inviting people to become carriers of da’wah and torches of guidance considered a crime?!

These arrests of da’wah carriers for the resumption of Islamic life prove that the Houthis' claim that they are a Quranic March is pure slander and misleading, they are following the path of their predecessors and do not differ from them in anything. They inherited from them injustice, oppression and tyranny for everyone who teaches people good and advises them to avoid evil, but they do not like advisers!! They ought to learn those who preceded them in crime and were examples in front their eyes. Nasser Mansour Hadi, the agent of the Political Security Agency in Aden, Lahj, and Abyan, who used to rule over people with iron, fire, oppression, and torment became a prisoner of theirs and a prisoner for eight years in the same apparatus in which he had worked for years, where he used to command spying and arrest loyalists. What a big difference between the arrest of those who carry the dawah to implement Islam and those who are arrested for other than that, and recently the Houthis themselves were in the prisons of the decimated Ali Saleh, tasting the bitterness of imprisonment, so is there anyone who remembers?!

The Houthis have turned against our Lord (swt) and our Deen with enmity without shame or fear. Instead of implementing the Shariah of Allah, they arrest those who demand its implementation. Despite their knowledge of the truth of Hizb ut Tahrir, which is known to everyone near and far, and that they do not use material actions to achieve its aim, i.e. the resumption of Islamic life by establishing the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) State on the Method of the Prophethood, which will soon be established, Allah willing. The Hizb works in broad daylight and its long history is a witness to that, the enemy knowns that before the friend does, and in its path it does not leave anyone without presenting this great call to him, including the leaders of the General Authority for Zakat in Yemen. A delegation went to meet Shamsan Abu Nashtan more than once, but his office always alleged to be busy!

We are addressing you here with a letter of invitation and a letter of obligation that the implementation of Islam is obligatory and you are not applying it, and that the da’wah carriers will not remain silent on anyone who reaches power and applies other than Islam and wants it to be crooked. We do not say this while we are reclining on sofas, rather we are in the field working with the Ummah and preparing the tools from a comprehensive and complete approach to the state. We have explained and nullified the constitutions of the existing states in Muslim countries, for example we have denounced the constitutions of Sudan, Iran, Egypt and Yemen, and we have also shown that the monarchical systems in place today are secular just like the secular republican regimes, and you should refer to the websites of the Hizb and its Shabab to know its methodology, as it is an honest advisor and leader who does not lie to its people.

You should know that these repressive actions will not discourage the da’wah carriers from continuing on their path, while they are rewarded for their work, and their jailers prove for the thousandth time that they only existed to be, like their predecessors, a sword overthrowing those who call for the implementation of Islam, so do you accept this?! By doing so, they serve the major colonial powers that are being outraged by Islam and the dawah carriers for the Khilafah that establishes the Deen and ends the influence of the colonialists, and at that time their excuses will not benefit them, nor will they seek repentance.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا قَوَّامِينَ للهِ شُهَدَاءَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا اعْدِلُوا هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ إِنَّ اللهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ]

“O believers! Stand firm for Allah and bear true testimony. Do not let the hatred of a people lead you to injustice. Be just! That is closer to righteousness. And be mindful of Allah. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what you do.” [Al-Ma’idah 5:8]
