If you have no shame, then do as you wish, O Aidarous Al-Zubaidi!
(Translated)

The leader of the so-called Transitional Council, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, delivered a speech at the founding conference of the Southern Parliament, comprising various circles of the Transitional Council. In this speech, he called for resolving the Palestinian issue within the framework of the two-state solution and the Abraham Accords!! As if individuals like him know nothing about Islam, its principles, or its beliefs! There is no understanding of the rules of jihad, allegiance, disavowal, the principles of Islamic lands, and not even awareness of the blessed land of Palestine and the Surah Al-Israa!!

The two-state solution advocated by Aidarous implies the establishment of a Palestinian state alongside the occupying state, side by side on the Blessed Land of Palestine. This essentially entails official recognition of the occupation and its right to sovereignty over the land of Al-Israa and Al-Mi'raj, which the Muslims opened during the era of Al-Farooq Umar, radya Allah a’nhu!

He did not stop at mentioning the two-state solution but also called for the implementation of the Abraham Accords. This peace agreement was brokered between the Jewish entity, the UAE, and Bahrain in September 2020, under the sponsorship of the leading kufr, America. It was named the Abraham Accords, attempting to integrate Islam with distorted false religions, dissolve differences, and equate all religions, thereby negating the fundamental concepts of faith, kufr, allegiance, and disavowal based on Islam and true belief.

This blatant call for kufr that is openly propagated in the land of faith and wisdom must be rejected, and its proponents should be denounced. Muslims in Yemen, in general, and in the South, specifically, should not give their allegiance to leaders who align with the enemies of Allah and His Messenger. Instead of calling for mobilizing alliances and armies to break boundaries for the liberation of Palestine, adhering to Shariah rule, supporting Muslims, resisting oppression, and freeing Al-Aqsa Mosque, we see Aidarous calling for normalization and peace with those who slaughter Muslims day and night, killing women, children, and elders.

O People of Yemen, whom the Messenger of Allah (saw) described as having faith and wisdom: Hold fast to the rope of Allah and sever the ties with rulers who align themselves with the kafir West, sometimes with Britain and sometimes with America! Cling to the Aqeedah of Islam, not the doctrine of equality between religions! The Transitional Council does not present a project of good for you; rather, it leads you to deviate from your Deen and your Ummah, serving its British master. This normalization with the Jewish entity is the furthest thing from what is needed today, amidst the fervor of the Islamic Ummah for the liberation of Palestine and its solidarity with the Muslims there. Aidarous, with his words, represents only himself and is not worthy of Muslims following him into the abyss of degradation and servitude.

The solution to the issue of Palestine in Islam is clear and agreed upon by Muslims. It is outlined in the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw). It is Jihad to expel the Jews from the lands of the Muslims and to enter the Blessed Land to restore it under the authority of Islam, under the shade of the Khilafah (Caliphate).

Allah Ta’alah said:

[وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي الْكِتَابِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِي الْأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوّاً كَبِيرا * فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ أُولَاهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَاداً لَّنَا أُولِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُوا خِلَالَ الدِّيَارِ وَكَانَ وَعْداً مَّفْعُولاً * ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ الْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَمْدَدْنَاكُم بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيراً * إِنْ أَحْسَنتُمْ أَحْسَنتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوءُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيراً]

“And We conveyed to the Children of Israel in the Scripture that, "You will surely cause corruption on the earth twice, and you will surely reach [a degree of] great haughtiness. * So when the [time of] promise came for the first of them, We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled. * Then We gave back to you a return victory over them. And We reinforced you with wealth and sons and made you more numerous in manpower * [And said], "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, [you do it] to yourselves." Then when the final promise came, [We sent your enemies] to sadden your faces and to enter the temple in Jerusalem, as they entered it the first time, and to destroy what they had taken over with [total] destruction.” [Al-Isra:4-7].And Allah (swt) said:

[انفِرُوا خِفَافاً وَثِقَالاً وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ]

“Go forth, whether light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew” [At-Tawba:41].

Muslim narrated in his Sahih from Abu Huraira (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يُقَاتِلَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ الْيَهُودَ فَيَقْتُلُهُمْ الْمُسْلِمُونَ، حَتَّى يَخْتَبِئَ الْيَهُودِيُّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحَجَرِ وَالشَّجَرِ، فَيَقُولُ الْحَجَرُ أَوْ الشَّجَرُ: يَا مُسْلِمُ يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ، هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ خَلْفِي فَتَعَالَ فَاقْتُلْهُ، إِلَّا الْغَرْقَدَ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْيَهُودِ»

“The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.”

O Muslim Ummah, Hizb ut Tahrir the leading party that does not deceive its people invites you to work with it. It has repeatedly warned you against the servitude of these leaders and has clarified since their first day in power how they came only to serve colonization and obey its orders. Their concern is not for the interests of the Ummah and its people but rather, they show more loyalty to the West than to the Muslims. It is incumbent upon you to reject them entirely and to entrust your leadership to those who fear and revere Allah, who call you to the glory of this world and the Akhirah (Hereafter).

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.” [Al-Anfal:24].
