Houthis: How Can You Boast of Your Security Achievements When You Are Killing People in Radaa?!

The Ministry of Interior in the capital, Sana'a, in the middle of Ramadan 1445 AH, presented what it said were the security achievements it had achieved throughout the past nine years of war, in a statement read by Abdel Khaleq Al-Ajri, spokesman for the ministry.

The Ministry of the Interior did not tell us about the confiscation of the detainees’ personal belongings, which was carried out by security personnel and had no close or distant relation to the subject of detention, after they were led to believe that they would be kept in their safes until they left the place of detention, and the owners’ failure to get them back after they left, despite their frequent visits to the place of detention.

Did the security achievements of the Ministry of the Interior during the past nine years include arbitrary kidnappings - from which not even women were spared - the forced disappearance of people, unjust arrests for long periods without trials, and killing outside the legal jurisdiction?! Their latest crime was blowing up houses in the holy month of Ramadan in Al-Hafra neighborhood in the city of Radaa in Al-Bayda Governorate in central Yemen, on the heads of their residents, which claimed the lives of 12 people, including women and the elderly, under a flimsy pretext that was not justified by Islamic law. Its effects and consequences will not be erased by the dismissal of the security officials in the governorate, but rather by applying Islamic ruling on them because of what they have committed. This crime reveals the extent to which criminality and hatred within them. Do such people deserve to sit on the thrones of government?!

The month of Ramadan, in which the Ministry of Interior read its statement, is a symbol of Muslim victories throughout time, starting with the Great Battle of Badr in the year 2 AH, the conquest of Mecca in 8 AH, and the conquest of Andalusia in 92 AH, all the way to the defeat of the Tatars at Ain Jalut. In which the Muslims, led by Qutuz, achieved a crushing victory over the Tatars in the year 583 AH... and it is not a month for aggression against Muslims, blowing up their homes on the heads of their residents, and taking their lives by the dozens in cold blood!

Your revolution has deviated from achieving economic prosperity, which you raised the slogan of in 2014 to overthrow the dose of the Basindawa government by the World Bank, in whose hand you place your hand today!!

The people of Yemen were not expecting huge number of achievements from you, while you raise the slogan of the Qur’anic march and claim to rule by Islam. Where do you stand regarding Ali bin Abi Talib (ra) whom you claim to be loyal to – when he sat in front of his Jewish opponent as a party to a dispute in front of Shuraih Al-Qadhi in the famous story of the shield?! Your justice has been separated from his justice, and you have shunned his loyalty with your actions... You are like those whose hearts were with Al-Hussein bin Ali (ra) and their swords were against him!

The crimes of the Houthis in the areas under their control compete in evil with the farces of the Al-Alimi Council in its areas. Both of them are crushing the people of Yemen with murder, poverty, and ill treatment. Evil indeed is what they’re doing!

How wonderful and great Islam is, when those who call for it and those working to implement it are weighed on the same scale. For them and against them. This will only happen in the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) state on the Method of the Prophethood, which we call on the people of Yemen and all Muslims to work with Hizb ut Tahrir to establish it to rule by Islam, establish justice in the entire earth, do justice to the oppressed, deter transgressors, stop harm from people, and make them happy.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ]
