He stressed to them that he is "the representative of the United Nations, its authority is in reference with the international law and the authorities relating to the rights and international conventions, we were not neutral in this aspect, but were involving our impact through the discussion of bodies in the dialogue conference and form a reconciliation government, in which the participation of women should cover no less than 30%", according to the newspaper report.

The United Nations went through three phases since its establishment in the year 1648 until now, only altering its name during this time, its first emergence was when the European countries called for forgetting its wars and the differences among themselves and instead fight the conquering of the Othmani Khilafah "Caliphate" to Europe, it was indeed truthful when it was formed under the name "The League of Christian Nations". The second phase was in the year 1919 following the end of the First World War when the Othmani Khilafah "Caliphate" was defeated and the coalition Army entered Istanbul expelling the last Khaleefah of the Muslims, it altered its name to "The League of the Nations", to be accepted in the world, especially among Muslims. The third phase was in the year 1945 when America became the supervisor of its care and made it within the circle of its foreign policy and promoted accepting it in a way that erases the foundation upon which it was initially launched, naming it "The United Nations".

The near and distant history recorded the United Nations poorly; the assault on Muslims in Eastern Turkistan and their extermination by China, and Western Turkistan by Russia, as well as what had occurred in Bosnia, Herzegovina, Afghanistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Syria and others... was all under the sight of this organization! As well as the organizations emanating from it such as the Security Council which gave the states the right to revoke decisions that do not serve their policies and inconsistent with its plans and objectives under the name of "Veto". Also the organization of Culture and Science which has corrupted the education curricula in Muslim countries and drove it to what you can see under the name of education development and modernization, and the Food and Agriculture Organization, which made ​​Muslims plant cash crops that cannot be relied on for food, and made the strategic crops which are accredited as food, such as wheat and grain our food and diet, in the hands of the West and we import it from them. As well as other organizations that wreaks havoc on Earth. As for international law and the international conventions that were explicitly mentioned as references by bin Omar without equivocation are the core of our affliction because they were initially developed to counter the ideas of Islam and its provisions and its people. One of the undeclared tasks of bin Omar is to emphasize on making the international law and international conventions the reference of the political system after the revolution in Yemen and the not emancipate from them.

It has been mentioned in the Draft Constitution of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, which was drafted by Hizb ut Tahrir, the following: "The State is forbidden to belong to any organisation which is based on something other than Islam or which applies non-Islamic rules. This includes international organisations like the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, and regional organisations like the Arab League".

Yemen and the other Muslim lands will not become happy or content except through the resumption of the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, uniting the Muslim lands under the shade of the flag of Oqab, expelling all of the Western hegemony from its lands, carrying Islam to the West to spread happiness to the people, stones, and trees who became wretched and miserable because of it, and to spread justice on earth after injustice had been implemented on it.
