Leaflet of Hizb ut Tahrir: Fire on the West and Its Supporter... Freshness and Peace on the People of Yemen
(Translated)

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Yemen issued on 28/11/2013 CE a leaflet under the title ‘What are you waiting for from the National Dialogue Conference?' The leaflet was distributed in most provinces of Yemen, the leaflet outlined the truth behind the international conflict (Anglo-American) over Yemen, and the devastating effects on it, pointing out the differing positions of the British and America regarding the dialogue and the extension of its term, which states: "The British Ambassador to Yemen Jane Marriott said on Sunday, 24/11/2013 CE, ‘There will be no extension to the dialogue, the results phase must start to touch the citizens'", as for America, it wants to extend the dialogue as Jamal bin Omar Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in his report pointed to the necessity to extend the dialogue, as the leaflet mentioned.

The leaflet explained America's role in fomenting chaos in the country to achieve what could not have achieved through the National Dialogue Conference; This is by fuelling conflicts and wars and supporting secessionist movements in the south, and also pointed to the fighting in Dammaj in Saada saying, "The fighting that is going on in Dammaj in Saada is purely political, America stands internationally behind it, Iran regionally and Houthis locally, against Britain internationally, Saudi Arabia regionally and the Salafists locally", and  the leaflet warned of the American attempt to dress it up the as a Mazhab conflict that aims to ignite strife and weaken the country, and involving Muslims in the midst of a bloody conflict not taking into account anything but its interests only, despite the fact that the people of Yemen in various denominations have lived along and intermarried.

The leaflet explained the Shari'ah ruling regarding what is taking place in Saada; that it is fighting between Muslims and it is not permissible, calling on the people of Yemen to not walk down the path of the schemes of the Kuffar, and not to rely on the outcomes of the dialogue, which to them it is meaningless. The chaos, lawlessness, tight living, kidnappings, bombings, and assassinations, are but indicative of what is coming to the country and the people, as a result of the plots of America only caring for its own interests, even if it is at the expense of the Deen of the Muslims and their blood.

The leaflet reproached on all political powers in the country, especially Islamic ones including Al-Islah and Salafists and Houthis, for not making Islam their focus and making it their vital issue and deriving their solutions from it rather they have put the country subject to colonial kafir and its alleged dialogue, as stated in the leaflet (and the strangest thing is that Al-Islah and the Salafists and Houthis did not agree on the establishment of the rule of Islam under the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, but are content with the solutions of the colonial Kaffir and its civil state and the corrupt failing democracy and the French constitution!!).

The leaflet addressed the Muslims and urged them to work for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" that its accomplishment is closer today than ever before, especially because the West is weak intellectually, politically, and economically, calling on the people of Yemen to work with Hizb ut Tahrir, which has a Shar'i vision and civilized project derived from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger.

The leaflet concluded addressing the Muslims, "O Muslims: It is you not the West that possess the correct: ideology, creed, and system that emanates from this creed that solves all the problems of life, without exception. The Khilafah "Caliphate" state upon the method of the Prophethood and the Constitution is based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and the state apparatus taken from Shar' as presented by Hizb ut Tahrir is what will bring Happiness to you and the world."

The leaflet was like a lightning strike on the West and those infatuated with it and its ideas, embarrassing for the defeated Islamists who abandoned referring to Islam and its rules. By contrast, it was coolness and peace for the Muslims who yearn for real change on the basis of their true Deen, they were promising responses from the people and expressive and supportive of what came in the leaflet and honestly worded - but there were those among them who are blinded by prejudice and the worship of men. We were not surprised by the support of the people of Yemen; the substance of the Ummah of Islam is authentic, and the people of Yemen, the people of Iman and ruling if they find an aware and sincere leadership with the correct method from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, convincing the mind and agreeing with man's nature (fitra) and fills the heart with tranquility, leadership that lead to what pleases their Lord and elevates their status.
