America Violates Yemen and kill its People, Unconcerned by their Cries
(Translated)

America continues the policy of killing of the Yemeni people under the pretext of combating terrorism when in reality it is the state of terrorism and its creation. The pompous American policy which is steered by the colonizers' ambitions and the crusaders' hatred of those capitalists who run the White House, makes America that claims morality devoid of morality. It allows itself to violate its own laws and the domestic and international laws and regulations prioritizing its interests and ambitions and the desire to take revenge on Muslims and to siphon their wealth. Since America gained sole control of the international position and took up the slogan "either with us or against us"; it began to spread corruption in the land and spread chaos in the country under the name of manufactured chaos and the new Middle East. It kills, terrorizes and violates the Muslim countries with its warships and aircrafts and even deploys its forces on the ground as if it is one of its states, making the life of Americans more valuable than the life of the Yemenis and their lost sovereignty. That is the reality of human rights, freedom, people's sovereignty and respect for the law, which is espoused by colonial America to establish the civil state on the ground. America has killed thousands of Yemeni people on suspicion and outside its jurisdiction or the law of the land, because they made the law and enslaved the government and the leaders of Yemen's army to become its servants in the context of what is called the war on terror. And most recently the operation reported by local and international media and was blessed by the US administration. It was carried out by US Marines with the help of Yemeni forces to drop the troops in the village of Wadi Abadan in Shabwa, one of the governorates of Yemen under the pretext of the release of US journalist and another African who were kidnapped by the so-called al-Qaeda. This drop of troops was joined with shooting by aircrafts and the storming of houses and terrorizing the safe and killing of innocent people. The bitter result achieved by America was the killing of hostages and some individuals, a number of them were considered as part of the ISIS organization, all because of the American arrogance that does not accept compromise with the designated terrorists according to its claim.

O Muslims, O people of Yemen! We are not allowed to make the Kuffar, with America at the top of the list, to be dominant over us, whatever the pretext may be. Rather we must uproot the influence of the colonizing Kaffir and its tools from the rulers and agent politicians, as we condemn these blatant challenging violating interventions for the people of Yemen and their creed, we also condemn the kidnapping of innocent people or those killed unjustly. In addition to the fact that such acts tarnish Islam and harm the country and its people, and we hold accountable the pompous American policy for all the reactions pursued by the Yemeni people against this reckless policy, whether in the context of organizations or individuals, we urge the people of Yemen and these organizations to adopt the aware work for the correct  change following the method of Prophet Muhammad (saw) to obtain real liberation, which uproots the influence of the Kuffar intellectually and politically, economically and militarily, so the issue becomes the issue of the people of Yemen and the people of the whole Ummah. The intellectual political work in the Ummah have more effect on Kuffar and its states than the force of arms and we have in the Messenger of Allah (saw) the best example. He (saw) established his state with the Shariah method and through it he carried Islam politically intellectually. He (saw) established the group and cultured it with the call then proclaimed the message of Allah (swt) and struggled with the ideas and false rules inherent in society, an argument per argument, struggling against rulers and politicians, exposing their false actions and adopting the issues of the Ummah, seeking the victory of the people of power. Not despairing even if he (saw) was rejected by many, He was patient pursuing the reward for the hardships he and his companions faced until Allah (swt) granted His victory and authority and the Islamic State was established. The rules of fighting were not revealed then and the Messenger of Allah (saw) prevented his companions from fighting more than once, a lesson for all who succeeded him from his Ummah in the way of restoring their power and establishing the righteously guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood.

Some Muslims and some of their movements ended up in despair due to the span of the road and took up material actions and the force of arms to achieve their objective of change in their country. If they had realized the reason for the weakness of their Khilafah "Caliphate" State and its dissolution with its military power at the time of the Ottoman State; they would have known that the intellectual political work that is committed to Islam is a priority more effective than the force of arms, even though it is a duty to work to achieve the means for power within the Shariah method.

It is shameful that the scholars remain silent and the parties and movements justify the American crimes against Yemen and its people, and indeed it is disgraceful that some rush to show their willingness to cooperate with it in its war on terror, with the pretext that it is for the exchange of interests. While it is well known that America achieves its interests through their likes who are politically stupid then disposes of them and fights them.  Afghanistan is an example not far from us. The people of Yemen screamed in the face of America and expressed their discontent against its actions and their screams have increased, but America is not concerned for their cries  because they are not in conjunction with the hard and serious work for the change. They are screaming without a project, it is just the zeal without awareness, and an idea with no method, like the movement of the slaughtered that ends in despair and surrender. So work for real change with Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the righteously guided Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood we invite you, O our people in Yemen, with it we will receive the honor and dominate the world to carry the message of guidance and light, that will bring pleasure for the one who answers it, by permission of Allah (swt), in this world and the Hereafter.
