As for the Democrats, they celebrated [“Sunday that the party retained a simple majority in the US Senate,” (Al-Jazeera, November 14, 2022)].

Does restoring Islamic life achieve a “human value” because it is an act that saves humanity if it is achieved, or does it achieve a “spiritual value” because the resumption of Islamic life is based on a legislative (not instinctive) basis related to the rule of Islam and the obligation of allegiance to the Khalifah (caliph), etc.?

The evidence for the ‘aqidah must be definite and of unquestionable authenticity. That is why the isolated report (khabar al-ahad) is not fit to be an evidence for ‘aqidah even if it is a sound hadith (hadith Sahih) in its meaning and transmission. As for the Shari’ah rule, it suffices for its evidence to be speculative (thaanni).
