Kayani's Treason against Karachi is to Expand America's War to Pakistan's Major Cities

Today, 6 March 2013, a full two days after the horrific twin bomb blasts that shook Karachi, with dozens dead and hundreds injured, General Kayani ventured to Karachi to be apprised of the security situation. This is not less than pouring salt on the wounds of the people of Karachi, because it is Kayani, Zardari and other traitors that are responsible for the insecurity in Karachi. Moreover, this insecurity is to create an atmosphere for the expansion of America's war into the major cities of Pakistan.

For several years, the Kayani-Zardari regime itself allowed the spread of terror in Karachi, by opening the doors to a vast and growing American infrastructure. The regime allowed America's CIA, FBI and private military terrorists to operate freely in Pakistan, within its residential and sensitive military cantonments. It is this "Raymond Davis" network that organizes bombings and assassinations throughout the country, against civilians and the military, in order to create an atmosphere of terror for the continuation of America's war on terror.

As for the US Consulate in Karachi, again for several years, it has been allowed to function as a command center for making extensive contacts to realize American ambitions in Karachi. On 9 August 2011, the former Sindh Interior Minister, Manzoor Wisan, after meeting US Counsel-General William Martin, confirmed that America is ready to supply both equipment and expertise for Karachi. As such the Karachi consulate functions like American consulates throughout the world, from Latin America to Africa and onwards to South East Asia, as launching pads for terrible Fitna.

And as if all this was not enough, on 25 February 2013, news has come that US Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District, has been given permission to build a Tactical Command and Operations Centre (TCOC) compound at the Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.

This growing American infrastructure is accompanied by direct calls for expansion of America's war. Days after the attack on the Mehran Naval Base, Karachi in May 2011, President Obama's then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced on a visit to Pakistan, "This was an especially important visit because we have reached a turning point. We look to Pakistan, to the government of Pakistan to take decisive steps in the days ahead." This is also why in the beginning of 2013, America's submissive agent, General Kayani, announced a change in the military doctrine of our armed forces, from focusing on India to focusing on internal threats, in order to prepare our officers for an expansion of America's war into Pakistan's major cities.

This terror and bloodshed is part of America's plan because the Americans are deeply wary of Pakistan's formidable armed forces and the great threat they pose to any American presence and plan in the region. So America needs to create chaos in Karachi, as it did previously in the tribal areas, to ensnare our armed forces in wars within our cities. Thus by ensnaring Pakistan's armed forces in Karachi, as well as Baluchistan, America  would secure a permanent military presence in Afghanistan, under the cover of a limited withdrawal of its troops, again with the help of Kayani. And whilst Muslim busy themselves fighting Muslims throughout the country, the colonialists will rejoice in being relieved of threats to their hegemony, a practical continuation of the "divide and rule policy."

Thus it was not enough for Kayani and his club of traitors that Pakistan has lost thousands of its people and billions of dollars from its economy for the sake of America's war, these traitors now seek to expand America's war into Karachi. This terror in Karachi which is perpetrated by the Americans with the full support of the traitors within the political and military leaderships, represents two crimes: first, open murder of the innocents in this country, and second: securing the interests of the foreign colonial power. Such treasonous terror mandates the harshest of punishments for the offenders,

[إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلاَفٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْا مِنْ الأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ]

"The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace In This world, and a heavy punishment is theirs In the Hereafter." [Surah Al-Maida 5:33]

O Officers of Pakistan's Armed Forces!

The growing America Raj in Karachi and the terror that it is unleashing on our people illustrates the level of actual trust that America has you. They are more than aware that where a fine, Islam-loving officer such as Brigadier Ali Khan is found, the soil must be fertile for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate". They fear you so completely that they are taking elaborate and extensive steps to ensnare you in their growing war. Remember that you signed up to fight the enemy and protect your people, not to bow down before the enemy and its war.

Know also that the creeping American Raj is a stern reminder to you to mobilize for Islam now. Remember it was our inaction before the likes of Mir Jafir and Mir Sadiq that led to the abolition of Islamic rule in our region and the ascent of a British Raj, in which the mischief of the Hindu was encouraged. It is upon you now to prevent Kayani from raising an American Raj, which seeks to prop up the Hindu State to oppose America's actual rival, our movement for Islam and its Khilafah "Caliphate".

The flagrant traitor Kayani is calling you to shed your pure blood to secure America's crusade. Whereas Hizb ut Tahrir calls you to deal America's Raj a death blow from which it can never recover. The Khilafah "Caliphate" within hours and days, will end the American terrorist network within the country once and for all, by cutting its head and limbs. It will close all American bases and consulates. It will expel all of American military, diplomatic and intelligence staff. It will forbid any contact of our military and political leadership with the officials of belligerent hostile states, a contact which is used to both gain agents and instruct them.

Hizb ut Tahrir calls you to grant the Nussrah for the Khilafah "Caliphate", so seek the pleasure of Allah (swt) and perform your duty.  Let Pakistan, with its rich history of centuries of Islamic rule, be the first for the return of Khilafah "Caliphate". Let this land be a support for the Ummah, bringing forth cool winds of relief for the entire Muslim World.
