Press Release
O Muslims: Beware of Advocates at the Gates of Hell Those Who Respond to Them will be Hurled by Them into It
(Translated)

With all his arrogance and audacity against the Deen of Allah, His Prophet (saw), its rulings and concepts, Dr. Saad ud-Deen Al-Hilaly, Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al Azhar University, appears before us to be the first of Al-Azhar men who absorbed the guidance of their "Sustainer"; who asked them in an explicit and clear language to change the religious discourse and its texts to fit with the orientations of his masters from the imams of disbelief and misguidance; in America and the West. He appeared after giving his guardian the status of a messenger to Egypt and its people, the one who will lead them away from the light that they aspire to and yearn for and throw them in a sea of darkness to remain submissive and distant from the laws of Allah (swt). He shows up with nonsense remarks on "Sada Al-Balad" channel in a comment, saying: "The Prophet (saw) was not a Khaleefah of the Muslims, but was an ordinary ruler, and the first Khaleefah was Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, then is it correct that an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" exists and the Prophet is not the first in it (Khaleefah)?! How can we establish a state that the messenger was not its first Khaleefah?! Is it not an obligation that he be the number one?! This is a lie; they occupied the minds of the Egyptian youth."

Saad Al-Hilali and his likes are the spearheads of the new required religious discourse, they are the forerunners in the audacity against Allah, His Deen, and His Messenger (saw), and how many times one wonders about such people, what they have studied in Al-Azhar and what they teach our children inside it?! Did the Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence not read the Hadeeth narrated by Abu Huraira (ra) from the Messenger of Allah (saw) in which He (saw) said:

«كانت بنو إسرائيل تَسُوسُهُمُ الأنبياء، كُلما هلك نبي خلفهُ نبيٌّ، وإنهُ لا نبيَّ بعدي، وسيكون بعدي خُلفاء فيكثُرون». قالوا: يا رسول الله فما تأمرنا؟ قال: «أوفوا ببيعة الأول فالأول، ثم أعطوهم حقهم، واسألوا الله الذي لكم، فإن الله سائلهم عما استرعاهُم»

"The children of Israel used to be ruled by their Prophets. Whenever a prophet died another prophet succeeded him, but there will be no prophet after me. There will be Khulafa'a and they will number many. They asked: What then do you order us? He said: Fulfil the bay'ah to them one after the other and give them their due. Surely Allah will ask them about what He entrusted them with." [Agreed upon] And if he did read it, how did he understand the text that is clear and self-explanatory in to ordinary people, how can understanding it causes confusion to a professor of Al-Azhar like him?!

By Allah how can it be said that the Khilafah "Caliphate" is a lie?! Is it because the noble Prophet (saw) was not the first Khaleefah, or because his title and description was not the Khaleefah of the Muslims? And who made up this lie O Al-Hilaly? Are they the companions and those who followed them for over a thousand and three hundred years, during which the Khilafah "Caliphate" remained the system that governs Muslims?! Do your likes dare to accuse those whose consensus is infallible in the Deen of Allah of inventing this lie of Al-Khilafah "Caliphate" and then believing it and agreeing upon it?! Did you not hear that Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (ra), was the Khaleefah of the Messenger of Allah (saw)?! Do we understand from this description that Abu Bakr (ra) was not the Khaleefah of the Muslims? And Omar Ibn Al-Khattab's (ra) first title was the Khaleefah of the Khaleefah of the Messenger of Allah (saw), do we understand from this that Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (ra) was the Khaleefah of Abu Bakr (ra) and not of the Muslims?!

He (saw) was a Messenger and a ruler of the Prophetic State which he established in Medina, And because there is no Prophet after Him (saw), he was succeeded by Khulafaa' in governance and not in the Prophethood, their state was the guided Khilafah "Caliphate" as was named by the noble Prophet (saw) and by all Muslims in all parts of the world, in spite of those who want to distort this.

Yes, the second Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood is at the doors. O advocate at the gates of Hell ... It is coming, by the will of Allah ... and that day you will deny these claims that you have invented to use hypocritically to appease the ignorant rulers ... because you are not used to lives of any taste but of hypocrisy, deviation, and subordination, you are concerned with satisfying your stomachs, and your Deen is the Dinar (money), and your Qibla is your desires. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will honour the Ulema of the Ummah who are righteous and do not fear anyone but Allah, It will not pay attention to people whom Allah's Wrath has descended upon who change the texts out of context.

Al-Bukhaari in his Saheeh narrated to Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman may Allah be pleased with him, he said: "The people used to ask the Messenger of Allah (saw) about the good but I used to ask him about the evil lest I should be overtaken by them. So I said, " O Messenger of Allah (saw) We were living in ignorance and evil, then Allah brought to us this good (i.e. Islam); will there be any evil after this good?" He said, "Yes." I said, ‘Will there be any good after that evil?" He replied, "Yes, but it will be tainted (not pure)" I asked," What will be its taint?" He replied, "(There will be) some people who will guide others not according to my tradition, you will approve of some of their deeds and disapprove of some others." I asked, "Will there be any evil after that good?" He replied, "Yes, (there will be) some people calling at the gates of the (Hell) Fire, and whoever will respond to their call, will be thrown by them into the (Hell) Fire." I said, "O Messenger of Allah! Will you describe them to us?" He said, "They will be from our own people and will speak our language," I said, "What do you order me to do if such a state should take place in my life?" He said, "Stick to the group of Muslims and their Imam (ruler)." I said, "If there is neither a group of Muslims nor an Imam (ruler)?" He said, "Then turn away from all those sects even if you were to bite (eat) the roots of a tree till death overtakes you while you are in that state.""

O Muslims in the land of Egypt (Al-Kinanah), the Protectors of the Deen and Guardians of the Aqeedah:

We warn you of these preachers, whom the noble Prophet described as advocates at the gates of Hell, but know, may Allah have mercy on you, that those people would not have dared to attack the Deen of Allah and His Prophet (saw) if they saw us moving to defend our Aqeedah and Shariah immediately and instantly. Hence ignore such talk and know that neglecting the work to establish the Khaleefah of the Muslims is one of the greatest of sins, because it is a failure to establish one of the most important obligations in Islam that not only the implementation of the laws of the Deen depends upon, rather even the presence of Islam in all aspects of life depends upon.

The Muslim were engaged with the matter of the Khilafah "Caliphate" before preparing of the Messenger of Allah (saw) and his burial (saw), despite the importance of it and its greatness. This is because of the importance and weightiness of the Khilafah "Caliphate"; the senior companions saw that to engage in the Khilafah "Caliphate" is a greater obligation than preparing of the Prophet (saw). So rise up to restore the authority of Islam by establishing its state, the guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood, O our honourable people.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir are working to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood the promise of your Lord and the glad-tidings of your Prophet (saw), after this oppressive rule which will soon perish, by the permission of Allah (swt). We invite you to work with us and support us to sweep up this gang and its secular corrupt system, to live our Islam as the companions have lived it (ra), under the Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood, which pleases the inhabitants of the heaven and earth. Our bad situation today would only be solved by that that which solved it in the past, a state that rules with the Haq and implements Islam justly; the Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood that follows the steps of the first Khilafah "Caliphate"... implementing Islam internally, and its armies will spread it outwardly...

By Allah, how great it is to support the Deen of Allah O Muslims ... Allah (swt) grants victory to those who support Him (swt), and Allah the Glorified is predominant over His Affair, but most people do not know.

[وَٱللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰ أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ]

"And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know" [Yusuf: 21]
