Events Commemorating the Destruction of the Islamic Caliphate during the Month of Rajab 1439 AH

The Muslim Ummah is today living in tribulation and ordeal, destruction surrounds the land of the Muslims, blood is shed, honours are violated, resources are stolen, the disbelieving colonialists control the Ummah’s internal and external affairs – the Ummah lost its dignity and glory the day that its Khilafah (Caliphate) was demolished thus the Ummah lost its shield.

For seventy-six years the Ummah has lived under the systems of the unbelieving West, thereby its unity was ripped apart and the children of the Ummah became like orphans on the table of the ruthless.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Sudan welcome the commemoration of the destruction of the Khilafah. We welcome it so that we might remind the Ummah of the crown of obligations that is absent and to raise the concern of the brave for the sake of the serious work for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by founding the Khilafah Rashidah State (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, promised by Allah and a good tiding from His Prophet (saw).

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Sudan has arranged a program during the individual month of Rajab 1439 AH under the banner: “The Khilafah – Establishment of the Deen and Empowerment”, as follows:

First: During the month of Rajab, in most Sudanese cities and the capital, there will be events and lectures urging people for the sake the return of the Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood.

Second: There will be stickers, posters, bulletins and publications to inform about the Khilafah and the command to work for it.
