Our sheikh, is the bank selling what it does not own forbidden to the bank or to the buyer? If the merchant, does not have the goods but requests them from another merchant and sells them to the buyer, considered from “selling what he does not own”?

Ameer in our village in Tunisia these days, the muezzin called for Maghrib prayer 3 minutes before the time, so we broke our fast, but after we broke our fast, the mosque official informed us that the call to prayer was before the time, so is our fasting here correct or not (i.e., it is fasid)?!

I mean, the zakat on trade merchandise is the value of the commodity offered for sale, the value of selling it from the payer of zakat to his customers, not the value that the payer of zakat buys it with! If I bought 10,000 mobile devices and sold them for 15,000. Zakat is from the 15,000.Is this correct?!
