In response to the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo re-publishing the cartoons insulting to the Prophet Muhammad (saw) prior to the trial of the accused in the attack that targeted its headquarters in 2015, which resulted in the death of 12 of its employees,

Secular liberal states pride themselves as being defenders of the liberal belief of Freedom of Expression, to the extent that they promote the right to insult religions and mock the Messenger (saw) in disgusting cartoons. However, at the same time, such states have
