Conferences to Betray Palestine and Conspire Against It Instead of Supporting it and Helping its People

Last week was marked by a flurry of conferences conspiring against Palestine and Gaza.
The Cairo Summit, held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, concluded with a “plan for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, enabling the Palestinian people to remain on their land without displacement.” The summit stressed the necessity for the “Jewish entity” to comply with relevant provisions in international law that reject attempts to alter the demographic composition of Palestinian territories. It condemned the decision to halt humanitarian aid to Gaza and the closure of border crossings.
As usual, attendees reaffirmed the “principled Arab stance for establishing an independent Palestinian state along the June 4, 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, as the sole path to achieving lasting peace in the region.” Without shame, the attendees called on the United Nations’ Security Council to deploy international peacekeeping forces in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
It was evident that this summit convened and adjourned without lifting a finger to address the killing, starvation, and collective punishment inflicted on our people in Gaza. It deliberately ignored threats of devastation from the Jewish entity and America, instead shifting focus to the “day after” the war on Gaza, as if the war had already ended, and the aggression had ceased!
This stance of the Arab rulers stems from the fact that considering support for Gaza, or confronting the aggression of the Jewish entity, is entirely off the table for them. Their meeting was merely to devise an alternative plan to Trump’s scheme to displace the people of Gaza, after he authorized them to propose a plan that meets his conditions, which include excluding Hamas from governance, and erasing its entirely from view, to ensure the security of the Jewish entity and prevent a recurrence of the events of 7 October 2023.
This was affirmed in their summit, where the Egyptian-led plan stipulated the formation of a committee to manage Gaza’s affairs during a six-month transitional phase. The committee would be independent and composed of non-partisan, neutral, “technocratic” figures operating under the umbrella of the Palestinian government, ultimately handing Gaza over to the Palestinian Authority.
Then came the Jeddah Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which affirmed its support for the Arab plan to rebuild the Gaza Strip, as adopted by the “Palestine Summit” in Cairo, while reaffirming the Palestinian people’s right to remain on their land. The summit emphasized the centrality of the Palestinian cause to the Islamic world, and unwavering support for the Palestinian people in exercising their legitimate rights, including self-determination, independence, freedom, and sovereignty over their land. It also called for the realization of a Palestinian state along the June 4, 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. It further called for the right of Palestinian refugees to return and receive compensation, in accordance with the United Nations Charter and its relevant resolutions, particularly UN Resolution 194.
Thus, the OIC Summit formed a collaboration in sin and inaction alongside the Cairo Summit, so there is no difference between them. Just as the Cairo Summit limited itself to appeals, affirmations, condemnations, and demands, the Jeddah Summit followed suit with its own affirmations, condemnations, demands, and appeals. Both summits implore America and the Jewish entity to accept their proposals and “show mercy” to the people of Gaza, by sparing them from killing, torment, and war, voluntarily, without coercion or pressure!
As for the talk of “force,” it came from the mouths of these conspiring conference participants in the form of calls for international forces, effectively inviting a second occupation of Palestine under the guise of “peacekeeping forces,” which we have only ever witnessed committing crimes and corruption. Thus, Palestine would become occupied by the Jewish entity, America, and the nations of kufr combined.
Even more egregious is that these conference attendees, despite the complete exposure of the international order and the unmasking of the West’s institutions, bodies, and resolutions, still cling to it, appealing to its authority and treating it as a reference and refuge. In their chambers, they advocate for disgraceful concessions and compromises under the banner of “solutions” and “agreements.”
The plan “does not meet the expectations” of Washington, State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce bluntly told reporters on 6 March, dousing their efforts in cold water, despite all their concessions, humiliation, subservient rhetoric, and passive stances.
As for the American envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, he considered the Cairo Summit “good-faith first step from the Egyptians.” Nevertheless, he did not endorse the details contained in its resolutions, which he called proposals, because in America’s eyes, they are nothing more than proposals from subservient, agent rulers hoping for their acceptance. He presented a plan stipulating that Hamas must release half of the remaining prisoners in its custody, its most important negotiating chip, in exchange for extending the ceasefire, and committing to negotiate a permanent truce.
Thus, the picture becomes clear that everyone is conspiring against Gaza and all of Palestine. The rulers of Muslims, both Arab and non-Arab, gather in summits and conferences to decide to call for peace, submission, and surrender to the Jews, and they pressure Hamas and resistance movements to hand over their weapons, and withdraw from the theatre, leaving Gaza and the West Bank as easy prey for the Jews. They offer their security, financial, and logistical services to ensure the safety of the Jews, to rebuild what has been destroyed, and to stabilize the Palestinian Authority so that it becomes their striking, and safeguarding, hand for their security, leaving them fearing nothing thereafter. Instead of mobilizing the Ummah’s armies to support and liberate Palestine, these rulers stand at America’s doorstep, while Jews implore them for pity for themselves and their thrones from the wrath of an Ummah that is about to explode in their faces.
However, the Jews and America are no longer satisfied with those offers and concessions. They now want to expel the people of Gaza currently, and perhaps the West Bank later, so that they may seize Gaza and turn it into tourist resorts, as if it has no people and no Ummah behind it! They want the resistance movements and the Mujahideen to vanish from existence! And why would they not dream of that, while they see the lackeys, agents and despicable amongst the rulers of Muslims?!
Palestine needs a serious mobilization from the Ummah and its armies to support and liberate it from the clutches of the Jews and America, not plans that keep it under occupation and under Jewish sovereignty. Without that, we will continue to count the martyrs and the wounded, and witness the desecration and arrogance of the Jews, while the rulers of Muslims persist in nothing but ongoing servitude to America, and the betrayal of the Ummah and its causes.
