Britain is Troubled by Hizb ut Tahrir

The news of the ban on Hizb ut Tahrir in Britain has sparked widespread debate and discussion on social media, as well as in English and Arabic-language newspapers, considering it a terrorist group for inciting armies to revolt against their rulers and supporting their brethren in Gaza.

Comment:

Britain realizes that no state has endured like the Islamic state did; it was a Khilafah (Caliphate) and a mercy, for 13 centuries, it carried the message of Islam and spread it to the corners of the earth. It implemented Islam, thus creating the greatest civilization known to history, developing the land, advancing sciences, and leading people from darkness to light; from the oppression of tyrants, empires, and kings to the justice of Islam and its Khulafaa’ (Caliphs). It did not force people into Islam; adherents of other religions were considered Ahl Dhimma (protected citizens), bound by the covenant of Allah and the protection of His Messenger.

Any aggression against them was an attack on the state itself. They had their rights as Muslims had theirs. It was a merciful state for all humanity, wherever it spread, it built civilization and created safe, tranquil, and prosperous societies... Britain studied the reasons for the strength of this great state and spent 200 years working to dismantle the Caliphate, eventually destroying it in 1924 under Mustafa Kemal in Turkey.

For decades, Britain has realized the danger of its return. It recognized that it was facing a political ideological Hizb that was legitimate and effective, capable of building a distinctive generation by all standards. This generation became a civilizational asset of human capabilities, representing the most important resources for shaping the nation's future. Britain resorted to various means to fight it in several countries where it had a hand in plundering their wealth. It created several movements to fight the Hizb through distortion, silencing voices, imprisonment, and media blackout...

Britain realizes that the distinctiveness of Hizb ut Tahrir lies in its political work and its global advocacy (dawah carrying), seeking to change the face of the earth with ambitions that know no bounds and are unhindered by obstacles. It carries the project of the Khilafah, a project of goodness for humanity, representing a real terror to global systems built on plundering the wealth of nations. Therefore, the danger of the emergence of the Khilafah is evident to policymakers and leaders around the world. Statements from prominent politicians and leaders such as Bush, Putin, Rumsfeld, Blair, and others have expressed their fear and warnings about the caliphate.

Hizb ut Tahrir, with its intellectual and political dawah based on a sound Aqeedah, has engaged in a conscious call suitable for leading humanity to salvation from the evils of capitalism. Undoubtedly, the Hizb's successful involvement in political action on the ground has accumulated political experience, making it effective in its work. Therefore, as a Hizb inspired by the glorious history of the Ummah and aspiring to the future, it has been able to geographically expand across countries worldwide and has become qualified to lead a historical change in the universe, namely, the march towards the second Khilafah. This action will undermine their efforts, prompting them to resort to declaring the Hizb banned and labelling it as terrorism.

Yes, indeed, Hizb ut Tahrir terrifies them, as it is the one that will turn the tables on them. However, how can they hinder a Hizb that does not care about their decisions but rather treats them as insignificant? It disregards bans or permits, and its activity testifies to this in most Muslim countries, as it does not align with regimes nor fears their evil. The Hizb is effective within the Ummah and visibly on the side of truth, unafraid of blame in the sight of Allah. Before its eyes are the promises of Allah and the glad tidings from the Messenger of Allah (saw). Their actions and decisions are nothing but futile efforts.
