The Ummah Must Persistently Call Its Armed Forces to Liberate All of Palestine

Regarding the meeting between the foreign ministers of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a press release on 16 April 2024 stating that, “The two Foreign Ministers expressed concern at the deteriorating situation in the Middle East and stressed the urgent need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and end to Israeli atrocities there.” [mofa.gov.pk]
Comment:
A ceasefire will not lead to the liberation of Palestine. It will lead to surrendering most of Palestine to the Jewish occupiers, who will continue in their enmity against Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw) and the believers. The Ummah understands this and is doing its best to weaken the occupation. The immediate response of the Ummah was to boycott products of companies that support the Jewish entity. Now as time passes, the Muslims are increasingly demanding their armed forces mobilize in support of Gaza. They do so even though the current rulers of Muslims never allow the armed forces to move beyond nation-state boundaries, except with the approval of the colonialist Western states.
As for the boycott campaign, it has been successful from its beginning. The most popular English newspaper in Pakistan, Dawn, published a report on 3rd December 2023, entitled “Boycott of western products sparks surge in local alternatives.” [Dawn] As per this report, in a study conducted in 12 major cities of Pakistan, eight out of ten respondents were in favor of boycotting multinational and Western brands. Seven out of ten claimed they had already started that practice. The boycott campaign has not died down. How has this happened? Housewives and students are supporting this campaign. Muslim raise awareness on social media about the importance of the boycott. Muslims even visit outlets of foreign brands and encourage the Muslims to join in the boycott. The boycott confirms that persistence is the key to success, by the permission of Allah (swt).
As for the demand to mobilize the armed forces, it must continue until they mobilize. So the Muslims of Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Iran and Indonesia must persist in their demand to mobilize their armed forces. We must raise awareness of the importance of the mobilization. We must all meet our friends and relatives in the armed forces, repeatedly. We must remind them of their duty before Allah (swt). We must remind them of their Islamic duty to support the oppressed. We must remind them of their Shariah duty to liberate Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. We must remind them of the great reward they will earn when they will enter the land of Prophets (as), as liberators. We must remind them of the Dua they will earn from the Ummah in this world. We must remind them of the great rewards of the Hereafter. We must also remind them that if they don’t move, they invite the punishment of Allah (swt). We must persist in our demand until they respond, regardless of any initial negative response.
Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (saw) persistently demanded that the men of war, in his era, did their duty. Several times he (saw) demanded the Nussrah (Material Support) for Islam, but he was rejected. However, he (saw) persisted until the Aws and Khazraj responded. Persistence, patience and tawwakul on Allah (swt) is the key in our efforts to mobilize our armies. We must demand from the armed forces, without feeling any despair. We must demand until they uproot the rulers who prevent them from mobilizing. We must demand until they establish the Khilafah Rashidah in the place of the agents of the West. We must demand until they mobilize under a Khaleefah Rashid in support of Gaza. Indeed, Allah (swt) will not waste our efforts, neither in this world, nor in the Hereafter. Allah (swt) said,
[وَاصۡبِرۡ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُضِيۡعُ اَجۡرَ الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَ]
“And be patient; for indeed Allah never lets the reward of those who do good go to waste.” [TMQ Hud 11:115].
