Narendra Modi Escalates his Anti-Muslim Rhetoric in multi-phase Indian Elections

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has embarked on an escalating election campaign, ramping up polarizing rhetoric with inflammatory speeches aimed at the Muslim minority, POLITICO reports.

At recent election rallies, Modi has called Muslims "infiltrators" and said they have "too many children," a reference to the Hindu nationalist stereotype that Muslims are having more children in order to outnumber Hindus in India. Founded in 1980, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is an opponent of the secular Indian National Congress (INC), which dates back to British colonial rule. Since independence in 1947, the pro-British INC, with few interruptions, has dominated Indian politics. However, after the BJP came to power, the direction of Indian politics changed, and today India, along with Pakistan and other countries in the region orbiting in the American orbit, serves the US strategy to contain China and counter its Belt and Road project.

Promoting Hindu supremacy and calling for the segregation and marginalization of Muslim and Christian minorities, the BJP is the political wing of India's right-wing nationalist organizations. The most influential and numerous of them is the paramilitary Hindu group Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), whose founders sympathized with the fascist policies of Nazi Germany.

The current Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who, in pursuit of votes, intimidates his ignorant voters with ridiculous fabrications and demonization of Muslims, also comes from the RSS. In an attempt to shift responsibility for the failure of his policies, Modi accuses opponents of colluding with Muslims, whom he calls "infiltrates" who allegedly entered from outside and deliberately harmed the Hindu majority.

Due to such chauvinistic and confrontational rhetoric, Muslims in India are often aggressively attacked by polytheists. There are often cases when they are brutally killed just for eating cow meat, or on suspicion of insulting idols, or even for looking towards a Hindu woman. BJP supporters consider the destruction of Babur's Mosque in Ayodhya in 1992, which was accompanied by pogroms and the killing of thousands of Muslims, as one of their historical successes. With the opening of a Hindu temple built on its site, Modi informally began his current election program.

In February-March 2002, further mass pogroms and bloody massacres were committed by BJP supporters in the Indian state of Gujarat, where Modi had been the chief minister since October 2001. Several thousand Muslims, most of them women and children, were brutally raped and burned alive, maimed or missing. Hundreds of thousands of Muslims, having lost their homes and property, were forced to flee from angry crowds of Hindu fanatics, incited by the criminal inaction and indirect encouragement of the state authorities led by Modi.

The Indian Supreme Court Commission of Inquiry into the pogroms, set up only in 2010, did not bring criminal charges against Modi. Despite the fact that many consider Modi to be one of the main culprits of that tragedy, in 2014 he was elected Prime Minister of India and even topped the international ranking of the most approved politicians. Modi was greeted with honor in many capitals of the world and awarded many of the highest state awards, including from the hands of the Ruwaibidah rulers of Muslim countries, some of whom rushed to install idols to please the polytheists. Allah Almighty said the Truth:

[لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ ٱلنَّاسِ عَدَٰوَةً لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱلْيَهُودَ وَٱلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا۟]

“You will, of course, find that the Jews and polytheists are the strongest in their hatred of those who believe” [TMQ 5:82].

The crimes of Modi and his BJP gang are not an exception or an accidental episode. Muslims are subjected to outrages and unimaginable atrocities with impunity not only in India, but also in the lands of the blessed Sham, Burma, East Turkestan, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Central Africa and other countries. And this does not cause any reaction from the so-called “world community” other than hypocritical words of condemnation and fake tears of sympathy. After all, the “world community” is just a screen hiding the greedy confrontation of Western colonial superpowers for domination over the world within the framework of capitalist ideology.

All these disasters are a consequence of the loss of a united Islamic state, which protected not only Muslims, but also served as a refuge for all the oppressed. Having destroyed the Caliphate, the enemies of Allah enslaved the Islamic Ummah to the evil of invented taghut systems, dividing it into dozens of controlled national and territorial entities. Guided by the policy of “divide and rule,” they installed at the head of each of them their own agents from among the Ruwaybidah (incompentent rulers), who began to trade the religion, property, lives and honor of Muslims to please their masters.

This is the terrible reality of the modern era, about which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: «تَكُونُ النُّبُوَّةُ فِيكُمْ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِننْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًاا عَاضًّا فَيَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّة» ثم سكت. “Then will come a period of despotic rule, which will last as long as Allah wishes. Then, when Allah wills, it will stop. And then the period of the Caliphate will come again, based on the method of prophecy,” and then he (pbuh) fell silent.” The Islamic Ummah will get rid of the despotism of the systems of unbelief and their minions only with the restoration of the Caliphate. And she will succeed in this if she steadily follows the method of the Prophet (pbuh) in establishing the first Islamic state in the Holy Medina.
