Summit of Subordinate Heads of Central Asian Republics in Astana is in the Service of Putin's Interests
News:
On 9 August on the official website of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported: “Under the chairmanship of Kasym-Jomart Tokayev, the VI Consultative Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia was held. The President of Kazakhstan noted that the results of the consultative meetings brought regional co-operation to an unprecedented level, giving it a systematic, comprehensive and, most importantly, trusting nature.
- “Thanks to joint efforts, perennial knotty issues are being resolved. Comprehensive measures are being taken to ensure regional stability and security. Border, water and migration issues are being systematically resolved, and many barriers to mutual trade have been removed. Border checkpoints are being modernised, transport links are being expanded and new routes are being opened. Trade, economic and investment co-operation is developing dynamically,” he said”.
Comment:
A regular meeting of the heads of the Central Asian republics took place. At the meeting, much was said about successes in the economy, co-operation between the republics in the spheres of security and prosperity of cultural and moral mutual relations. But the reality of Central Asia says the opposite.
The region is like a volcano; the discontent of the people is at its peak. Popular unrest is constantly occurring. For example, in January 2022, there were mass riots in Kazakhstan, which were ruthlessly suppressed by the military. In the summer of 2022, an uprising broke out in the autonomous republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan, which was suppressed by the police and army with bloodshed. In autumn 2021 there was a crisis in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast of Tajikistan, which was also not without casualties. In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, mass riots broke out on a national basis in May this year. And this is only for the last two years.
Despite the region being rich in natural resources, the people suffer from poverty, disease and crime. Constant shortages of electricity, fuel and heat, both in winter and summer, have no effect on the large sales of energy resources abroad. Lack of work, so that people have to seek sustenance in distant countries, where they are abused, robbed of money and even killed. Total persecution on a religious basis is the norm in all republics. The lists of banned religious organisations are almost identical in all of them, as if they were made to copy.
So what successes are these heads of republics talking about? If we look at the reality of these bitter rulers, we will see that they are only Putin's subordinates. Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan are stuffed with Russian military bases and most of the commanders-in-chief are former officers of the collapsed USSR or trained in Russian military universities.
The policy of these miserably subordinate rulers is built not on the interests of their people, but on the will and orders of Putin. For example, Uzbekistan has increased gas sales to China several times over the last few years. Where is so much gas coming from? And why its people are always short of gas, and in winter they are even cut off? Because Sh. Mirziyoyev is forced to sell Russian gas on Putin's orders, bypassing European sanctions. Or Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are rich in uranium deposits, but they cannot develop the nuclear industry and build nuclear power plants themselves, they have to get permission from the Kremlin. And there are many such examples.
Any slightly literately intelligent person can see the great discrepancies between the thundering statements of these worthless tyrant rulers and the reality. Reality says that the woefully subordinate tyrants serve their master Putin, afflicting, stealing and oppressing their own people with a high fence and a large army.
The people, in turn, are rebelling more, more often and more actively against the injustice of the tyrants' rule. And no matter how much the tyrants persecute and oppress the Muslims of the country, the people are actively drawn to their religion. And the sincere sons of this nation are working to revive the righteous state of Khilafah (Caliphate) by the method of Prophethood. And by the will of Almighty Allah, the help from Allah and the promised prophecy of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) is not far off:
Imam Ahmad cites in his Musnad a report by Numan ibn Bashir from Huzaifa ibn Yamana:
“Prophethood shall remain among you as long as Allah wills. He will bring about its end and follow it with Khilafah on the precepts of Prophethood for as long as He wills and then bring about its end. Kingship shall then follow, to remain as long as Allah wills and then come to an end. There shall then be monarchical despotism which shall remain as long as Allah wills and come to an end upon His decree. There will then emerge Khilafah on the precepts of Prophethood - and then he (saw) went silent.”
