The Khilafah Rashidah Will End Indian Regional Mischief by Unifying Pakistan and Bangladesh

The civilian media wing confirmed that on 30 August 2024, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan spoke with Professor Muhammad Yunus, Chief Adviser of Bangladesh, stating that, “They highlighted the deep historical, religious, and cultural bonds between their nations and expressed a desire to strengthen bilateral ties through enhanced cooperation. They further agreed that greater regional cooperation could play a vital role in uplifting the lives of the people of South Asia.” [pid.gov.pk]

Comment:

The rulers of the Muslims make ties between nationalist states. They cage the Islamic Ummah within borders drawn by the colonialist powers. Nationalism, a concept rooted in Western political thought, has been divided and weakened the Islamic World. It has splintered the Ummah into fragmented states, each prioritizing its own interests.

The fragmentation of the Ummah by nationalism directly contradicts the Shariah, which obliges the unification of the Islamic Ummah under a single Khilafah Rashidah.  Islam rejects any calls to tribalism or nationalism. It is a dangerous call that divides Muslims and weakens them. It is tied to a death on disbelief, from the days of ignorance, before Islam. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «مَنْ قُتِلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عُمِّيَّةٍ يَدْعُو عَصَبِيَّةً أَوْ يَنْصُرُ عَصَبِيَّةً فَقِتْلَةٌ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ» “Whoever is killed under the banner of ignorance, calling to partisanship or supporting partisanship, then he has died upon ignorance.” [Muslim].Regarding this Hadith, Imam an-Nawawi said in his Sharh, وَإِنَّمَا يَغْضَبُ لِعَصَبِيَّةٍ لَا لِنُصْرَةِ الدِّينِ، وَالْعَصَبِيَّةُ إِعَانَةُ قَوْمِهِ عَلَى الظُّلْمِ “Indeed, he gets angry for partisanship and not to support the Deen. Partisanship is supporting his nation in oppression.” So, let the Muslims reject any calls to tribalism or nationalism and grasp the rope of Allah (swt) firmly, for this is the key to our strength.

According to Shariah law, the current nationalist states’ relationship must be much more than just brotherly. Shariah necessitates their unification into a single Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) state, with one Khaleefah, one army and one state treasury. Historically, the Khilafah Rashidah encompassed major strategic regions including Africa, Mesopotamia, and the Indus Valley, leveraging the strengths of various Wilayah provinces to offset any weaknesses. With Indian hostile actions such as sudden dam releases causing floods and fomenting threats to regional security, the Khilafah Rashidah will put an end to such mischief and restore Islamic governance across the whole of the Indian Subcontinent.

Islamic governance is indeed the need of all the people of the Indian Subcontinent. Under Islam, before the British invasion, the Indian Subcontinent’s share of the world economy was 23 per cent, as large as all of Europe put together, rising to 27 per cent in 1700, in the time of Aurangzeb Alamgir. After the occupation by the British, it plummeted to less than 4%, with hundreds of thousands suffering in famine. The British looted the region for 173 years, seizing the modern day equivalent of 45 trillion dollars! After British colonialism, the Indian Subcontinent remains poor due to the American economic order.

Islamic governance strengthens the Muslims and forces the enemies into retreat. Sultan Aurangzeb did not rest or seek comfort, rather he remained in the state of jihad for 52 years until the Indian Subcontinent was subdued to Islam right from the Himalayan heights to the Indian Ocean, from Bangladesh of today to the borders of Iran. It was during his reign that the Islamic Mughal Sultanate of India saw the largest expansion ever. It was due to the military struggle made by the Sultan that no provinces of India remained except under his control. Aurangazeb was able to transform the whole Indian Subcontinent into Islamic governance (wilayah) of the Mughal whose east and west, north and south were tied under a single leadership, owing allegiance to Ottoman Khilafah state of Istanbul. Under his reign, Muslims fought more than 30 battles, out of which 11 were led by himself and the rest were handed over to his commanders.

So let the Muslims of Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan, supported by the oppressed Muslims of India and Occupied Kashmir, work for the establishment of the ruling by all that Allah has revealed. And let the sons of Aurungzeb amongst the soldiers and the mujahideen of the region all grant their Nussrah for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of Prophethood, which will secure the dominance of Islam within the Indian Subcontinent once again. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «عِصَابَتَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَحْرَزَهُمَا اللَّهُ مِنْ النَّارِ عِصَابَةٌ تَغْزُو الْهِنْدَ وَعِصَابَةٌ تَكُونُ مَعَ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَام» “Two groups of my Ummah Allah has protected from the Hellfire: a group that will conquer India and a group that will be with ‘Isa ibnu Maryam.” [Ahmad, An-Nisa’i].
